Left for airport prior to breakfast, so can't speak on it, but the room was very nice! The proximity to Atlantic Beach neighborhood is ideal, as well as close to Mayport base and JAX isn't that far.
Felt a bit nervous about leaving the room key in the wooden box that doesn't lock.

The location was very convenient for restaurants and gping to the beach. It's quiet. The staff was friendly.
There was only setting for one, no desk, no place for toiletteries in the bathroom, no lid on the toilette. Breakfast was provided but no place in the lobby to stand limited space in the room. It reminded me if a 1950's motel
