This is the second CitizenM property I stayed, and it has the same homey, familiar feels as the one in LA. I like the iPad control pad in the room and street and partial view of the cranes.
I wish you would bring back the variety of pillows you used to provide the rooms. Now we only get two that were too firm and thick for me. Sleeping as a result wasn’t great, and my shoulders were achey. I’m currently staying in another Marriott Bonvoy property, the W Hotel, that gives visitors four pillows. On my next stay in Los Angeles, I will request my pillow preferences.

Very comfortable and fun place to stay. Felt modern and cool. Great location for a game or concert at the stadiums with lots of stuff within walking distance!
Didn’t love the toilets, they were hard to flush. Felt a little cheap. Could have just been our room though!

Location, cleanliness, self check in and out
Room pictures hide how small and narrow the room was. We were shocked by how cramped the room layout was and to find the bed wedged in on 3 sides. Cruise ship cabins are laid out better in the same or smaller space. The bed may be fine for a single business traveler but not for a couple. How can you reasonably expect one person to have to climb over the other to get out of the bed? We ended up sleeping so our feet were on the only open side of the bed, which meant we couldn’t watch the tv. Plus I am only 5’2 and climbing in and out of the bed was a challenge given its height.
