Incredibly friendly staff. Every time you came in, hello. When you left, have a great day.
Old world type feel of the building and hallways.
Simple yet perfect complimentary breakfast as well.
Great location if accessing the ball park or football stadium as well as easy walk to the pier and the market.

Excellent service at the Desk and the Bar! Great atmosphere as well!

Room was nice and slightly better than expected. Hotel was really cool and cleanly.
The ONLY issue I had was with the night employees… not near as friendly and welcoming as the day staff.

Our expierence overall was great. Everything to do is within walking distance.

Didn’t know what to expect from this hotel but we were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful building and lobby. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. I am a very light sleeper and they gave us a room in a quiet area and I never heard a peep except for the noise of the city streets. Love the uniqueness of the rooms. I would stay here again.

Beautiful, cozy hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommended this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was great, although we were not given the right room that we paid for. But the hotel was very helpful and gave us a credit for the extra to use in the hotel restaurant.

We really loved the room and being on the corner. The staff was really helpful and considerate. The location was perfect for our weekend as we were there to watch the Mariners v Guardians.

There was no self parking at all even at a cost. The cost of valet parking is higher. The neighborhood had lot of homeless people

Wonderful history and beautiful historic building within walking distance of Pioneer Square and the stadiums. Valet parking made us feel good about our car not being left parked on the street. City location is still recovering and is a bit rough. Loved that they are pet friendly and their breakfast buffet was a delightfully good surprise!

Excellent location with all the amenities and a very fun Retro vibe. I've been to The Polar Bar during most of my recent Seattle visits, so a stay at this property was the logical next step. Vintage hotel with very comfortable and quiet rooms, an awesome bar, and they aren't kidding about the breakfast, not only are the food options great it's a large space where you're not crammed in with a hundred other guests. Loved our stay. Thank you!

We were delighted with this new boutique hotel inside a storied and slightly whimsical building - from the moment we entered the lobby with fascinating collection of hats to the intriguing polar bar with plush, designer carpeting. Our corner room had big, beautiful windows, unique furnishings period appropriate for art deco, and a fully working jetted tub. Lovely tile and wallpaper too. We highly recommend a trip and will return again next trip to Seattle!

Despite a security deposit that I was unaware of, it was still an enjoyable stay.

Everything was great and the hotel is beautiful, we will be back! Thank you!

Wonderful trip, my son and I were very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly, helpful and informative. Even Santa the valet had smiles and opened the door for us. Loved the room, it had an old school vibe that really matched the building. Might just be our new go to place to stay for downtown Seattle

The bar lounge is such a funky, fun place to relax and hang out. We enjoyed the drinks and played games by the fireplace. Wonderful hotel!

Great service, friendly staff, fantastic building in wonderful condition. Breakfast was amazing! Location is great for walking…once you get a block away.
We will definitely be back! That says a lot coming from me, because I always like to try something new!

The idea of reliving the glories of the Alaska Gold Rush within the repurposed Arctic Club Hotel was appealing: however, expectations were not routinely met. Attempts to contact hotel on-line before registration were not possible because hotel required reservation number which we did not have due to using Hotels.com. Check-in was at abnormally late 4 pm (you could pay more to arrive early) and check out at an early 11 AM. Automatic 20% tips added to all bills in lounge. Front desk staff were attentive but staffing was too thin for anyone to show us the esteemed Dome Room. Breakfast was great and room comfortable with excellent HVAC. Bath water was hot and whirlpool tub motors were are as loud as a cement mixer. Like many hotels, sink stopper was broken.

A very nice property, we really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come stay again. Kevin the Assistant GM of The Artic Club was very gracious and professional during our stay. ☺️

This was our second stay at The Arctic Club, and we just love the place!! The history, the historic look and feel, and the atmosphere feel like you are transported back in time. The staff was just outstanding, and they took time to explain the hats and collars at reception, the pictures of all the founding members, etc. I can't wait to return to Seattle and stay at the Arctic Club again.

It was amazing, when visiting Seattle this would be my to go place

Nice hotel but the water didn’t get very hot and the parking options if you don’t want to use the valet were limited and confusing

Cool, unique hotel! Really enjoyed our stay!

Our room was 62 degrees. The heat would not get it warmer and that is to cold for me to shower. We called for an electric heater. Once we got that it warmed the room nicely but had to run all night and was noisy.

The thermostat was pretty cold or very hot. I couldn't set it to ever be right temp.

Our overall experience was great! The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. The valet and front desk staff were very professional, kind, approachable, helpful and friendly!!! The wait staff was not kind and seemed very frustrated, short and annoying to serve us.

Came for the Steelers game, walking distance to the stadium. Cute hotel, beautiful view of the city. Could even see some of the space needle fireworks on NYE from our balcony top floor room!

soon as we walked into the room we wanted to put our drinks that we brought from home in the mini fridge to make them cold only to find several cans and bottles busted open from the temp being set too low we called front desk they assured us we wouldnt we charged but after we got back home we found out they still charged us for it

The hotel is historic and has the overwhelming feeling of a place that time has forgotten. Would highly recommend staying there. Very comfortable accomodations and friendly acknowledging staff of the history of this historic hotel.

New Years Eve and a game. In the middle of multiple events at major stadiums and all over downtown the Arctic Club was an island of calm and comfort. Bartenders/servers were prompt, friendly and on top of things. Desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Staff in general were genuinely interested in making sure everything was right. Will definitely be back.

The Staff was very friendly and kind. The room was comfortable and nice. The Breakfast was good. Easy walk to and from the train station. Only downside is the area is quite dirty and run down and the homeless population is quite high. Not unlike Portland in that regard. Not the hotel's fault, I feel bad for them because the hotel and bar are beautiful.

What an amazing hotel with an incredible history! We had such a great time. Food, drink, ambiance and staff were perfect. I really appreciate a staff that knows exactly how to make you feel at home and exactly how to treat a patron. Thank you all for a lovely evening.

Grand hotel with lots of Seattle history. Great coffee for the morning. They have a kettle and a French press with good coffee. There is also a good selection of teas. Ordered the calamari as a n appetizer before heading out for the evening. Tasty dipping sauce. Great Place to stay.

Ambiance inside is Stunningly beautiful, The staff was pleasant, polite, friendly and helpful. Roberto was such a a great help with a number of things. Breakfast was a nice variety of food and very tasty. The room was clean and spacious.
The only thing we weren't thrilled about was the homeless people kitty corner to the hotel. They don't really bother anyone so it wasn't really any inconvenience for us. We definitely would still recommend this old fashioned, historic style hotel. Not far from many shops, the aquarium and restaurants of different kinds. We would Happily stay here again.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location in a historic building. Short walk to Pike’s Market, Library, theaters, and retail. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I have had. They have a very well equipped gym. There was a concert event on site that I, unfortunately, missed. The room was beautiful and well stocked. There is valet parking. Hotel service was attentive. No hot water the first morning. We were told it was an issue with the whole building. It was remedied later that day. The lower mark for service was for the valet attendant who was very curt with me when I tried to return my car for the day. Wasn’t sure what the protocol was to drop off my key. Waited for him to finish a phone call then knocked on the window. He cracks the door open just wide enough to fit his face through and gruffly muttered “The front desk will take care of it” and abruptly shuts the door. Not sure what that was. Aside from this encounter, had a pleasant experience and will definitely be back.
