About this cottage rental

Private and functional. Shared pet friendly large fenced yard. minutes to
Transit and a 17 min drive to downtown Vancouver. Located in the Heart of the City in North Vancouver. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, tourist hotspots. Lionsgate hospital. Free parking. Featuring a comfortable king size bed in the private bedroom. A twin bed in the closet alcove. Sofa bed and daybed in the living room. Cable TV laundry facilities , and washroom with a tub/shower Self-contained kitchen with a dishwasher. A perfect, private, bright little home please state if you are bringing pets and how many thank you

Great area of North Van, parking is easy, some things need updating (fan in bathroom, mattress on bed), but otherwise as described.

This place was okay for our needs but it was hot when we were there and it’s listed as having air conditioning which we were looking forward to. There was only air conditioning in the bedroom which left the rest of the space uncomfortably hot even with the fans provided by the host. Was nice to have laundry available. This host also accused us of damage afterwards so I would fully document the condition when you leave to prevent this. Would not return to this property for that reason.
