Beautiful sunsets, ocean waves and star-lit nights await you. The Space: Your own private oasis! Malibu Sand Suite #12 forms part of a multi-unit complex compromised of 6 apartments and 1 main house. Thoughtfully curated for those seeking a quiet retreat. This particular unit is a spacious 1 bedroom with 1 pullout sofa perfect for families or friends travelling. Comfortable King-size bed fully outfitted in luxurious, hotel-grade linens. Exquisite bathroom with graft rain shower, LED-lit vanity mirror, Toto Neorest toilet and everyday essentials. Open living space, with a comfortable sofa bed, flat screen TV and large glass doors opening up to the garden patio. Perfect inside-outside atmosphere. Stunning kitchenette with a dining nook, allowing you to feel right at home. Quality finishes are found throughout the property, where you always have enough space to enjoy friends and family. Breathe in the fresh ocean air as you relax on the oceanfront loungers. Great location for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and sunbathing. Free parking on-site on a first come first serve basis. The current beach access is located at the public access point located just a few hundred feet down. Walk to the Malibu Pier. Steps away from Nobu, the SoHo House, and seconds away from the sand. The Malibu Country Mart is approx. 1.2 miles away and is reachable by foot or car. Whole Foods grocery store is nearby. We offer full concierge services upon request, including luxury car rental services, to ensure a 5-star experience during your stay. Coastal living at its best! IMPORTANT: We are a professional property management company and use a professional PMS system. Our PMS integration limits our ability to charge a credit card processing fee, however, a credit card processing fee is a hard cost to us. We have to charge a 3.55% CC processing fee based on the total charges displayed on the platform. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We will not charge your card until we confirm with you. Someone from our team will reach out to you. Guest Access: Please note that guests who are staying in the Malibu Sand suites do not have access to the elevated beach surface at Malibu Sand or the elevated beach surface at SA Beach which is the property that we manage next door. There is a house on the Malibu Sand property that rents completely separate from the suites. The elevated beach surface and the rooftop jacuzzi area are reserved for the house. If you'd like to rent a suite and have access to an elevated beach surface with sand and lounge chairs, please rent one of our SA Beach suites next door! The Neighborhood: Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing. Steps away from Nobu and SoHo House and seconds from the sand. You can walk to Surfrider Beach and the Malibu Pier from the beach access onsite. Walk down to the Country Mart and experience the best restaurants and shops Malibu has to offer. New center for grocery shopping with new shops opening everyday. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. Other Things to Note: Please message our team and speak with the Home Manage before booking. Mandatory additional terms may apply depending on your booking platform. Credit card processing fee may be required post-booking. In case of cancellation, the stated booking cancellation policy applies. The 'Reservation fee' is our non-refundable credit card processing fee. To maintain property and neighborhood harmony, we have important rules. Please read carefully. 1) No parties, visitors, or unapproved guests. Submit all guest names before booking. Government ID may be requested from the person who booked. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. Our strict guest policy ensures neighborhood peace and legal compliance. Exceeding capacity risks our permit, we may ask you to leave. 2) No pets allowed except for service animals as required by law. 3) No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, or similar (outside and indoors). Our state-of-the-art smoke detectors notify the fire department - $500 fee for false alarms or rule violations. City Code Section 41.50 B 18 b | High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW. 4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If needed, send it to our office; we'll deliver to the property on your arrival day. We're not responsible for lost mail. 5) Quiet hours: 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure peaceful atmosphere for all guests and neighbors. Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. 7) Day of Arrival: Let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. 8) Check In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. If you want to check-in before 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval. Check-out: Our check-out time is 10:00am. 9) When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. 10) Pre Stocking: We have a list of pre-stocking options that guests are able to choose from. Pre-stock requests typically require at least one week advance notice. There will be a $150 service charge or 20% service charge (whichever one is greater) for all pre-stocking requests. 11) Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing. 12) Parking: There are three garage ports at the Malibu Sand property; however, only the second and third ports are for the guests staying at the Malibu Sand Suites. The second port can accommodate two vehicles and the third can accommodate one vehicle. So, there are a total of three spots. You will receive one parking pass and you cannot park in any of the three spots without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park either on PCH or in the overflow parking lot above the complex that has D’amores pizza and PC Greens. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t. Cleanliness: We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards. This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay. We are a professional vacation rental hospitality management company. We maintain high hospitality standards with an in-house team of designers, concierge, hosts, maintenance personnel, and stylists. We are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can be stressful, especially when you book without seeing the home beforehand. We eliminate that stress.
