This is our oceanfront rental on Malibu's best dry sandy beach with panoramic ocean views. Located on the sand. This beautiful, restful beach is known as Carbon Beach or Billionaires Row, catering to many celebrities. Less than a minute to restaurants, world famous Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach!
This vacation rental is oceanfront with panoramic ocean views. There is a large private deck for relaxing & outdoor dining, jacuzzi tub, granite counters and stainless steel appliances accent this comfortable rental. HD Flat Screen TV's in the living room and bedroom, BluRay and stereo system.
Fully equipped with all essentials: gas barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining.
We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to pack those essentials. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience.
There secure parking and the property is gated for extra privacy.

Yes. The place was clean, the view was spectacular. We could have used a few spices. The only thing they had was salt. We had sent a question to the host before arrival and never heard back on the specific question we asked. But our plans changed anyway so it was okay.

The ocean view was fantastic! The kitchen needs some TLC. We tried to contact the on-site manager twice when the smoke alarm went off for NO reason. We never got a response, so our very sweet neighbor handled it for us at midnight. It scared us right out of bed thinking the apartment was on fire... it was not. Overall cleanliness was poor, hair all over the place, under the sofa bed was filthy... we didn't use it. The chairs for the kitchen table were garage stools. This place needs a lot of TLC in every room. It's very overpriced. We stayed for the gorgeous view only. :-(
