We had 7 adults and 4 children and this house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone and comfortable sleeping arrangements. House was clean and fairly well stocked. This neighborhood is really nice with easy access to the beach and Chaplin park. Highly recommend renting bikes for the week with pull behind carts for the easiest beach access, there is no parking at the beach access but lots of bike racks. Great island location for all activities on Hilton head. The only issue we had was the family room TV would all of a sudden get super loud (volume 80-90) and you couldn’t get it to turn down. This happened several times and we finally powered off the sound system as it kept switching between tv and sound system speakers. Recommendations: some plastic dishes for kids (bowls/plates/cups) placemats for glass table - one more “comfy” piece of furniture in living room. These are very small things!! We had an amazing time, would highly recommend and we are talking about next summer already.

A perfect place to stay with our parents, kids and dog! The proximity to the dog park was amazing! The elevator was a nice perk for our parents. The house was clean, spacious and nicely decorated to feel like a home away from home.

parking was good , beach cart shuttle was bad saw them maybe 2-3 times could never get a ride! kitchen and pool need cleaned better , the rest of the house was clean
