Centrally located and close to Restaurants, Fishing, Diving Grocery Store and Dive Shops. Rate includes use of 4 person golf cart and 2 single Kayaks. Maximum 8 adults and 2 children. Townhouse H9 1st Floor - 2 Bedrooms with queen bed in each, day bed in sitting area, full bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. 2nd Floor - Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Bathroom with shower and Screened in Balcony Overlooking the Pool and Courtyard. 3rd Floor - Bedroom with King Bed and Screened in Balcony overlooking the pool, Bedroom with Queen Bed and small balcony, Full Bathroom with Bathtub. Bedrooms/Beds 1 - King Bed (Brand New Mattress March 2022) 2 - Queen Bed (Brand New Mattress March 2022)/Twin Trundle Bed 3 - Queen Bed (Brand New Mattress March 2022) 4 - Queen Bed (Brand New Mattress March 2022) Plus Day Bed in Sitting Area which is a twin bed. We had a wonderful, peaceful stay as a family on the property. The space and surrounding area were relaxing, clean, memorable. We enjoyed the pool and golf cart as an added perk. Communication was excellent and Diane was incredibly supportive and understanding of extenuating circumstances. We will definitely be back for our next stay in the keys.

The townhouse was nice, however there was no beach, pool was small and crowded and there was no decent snorkeling water in Key Largo without a boat. We had to drive to Islamorada and pay a $100 entry fee for a park with decent snorkeling. Key Largo was expensive. Also the community grills were far away from townhouse, not convenient at all.

We stayed 1 week at this beautiful condo. 9 people- 6 adults (3 grandparents) and 3 children (9,8,6). We all slept comfortably and had our own space. The pool was right outside. The kids loved it and the lagoon. So much amazing views and wildlife. There is plenty to do to entertain all ages without leaving the property. We would definitely book again!

Had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. Rental was clean and everything you could need in kitchen and extra bonus having the golf cart. This is our 3rd stay in Kawama. Will definitely be back. Would definitely rent this unit again.
