Situated in Pinetop-Lakeside, this attractive cabin for $373 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. If you are looking for a nice cabin that is perfect for family reunions, then this is the place. The Swiss Style Cabin was purchased in order to enjoy family and friends. Our family has had wonderful experiences there and now we would like to share it with you and your family and friends. (An important note when booking, because of the VRBO settings, it limits us on how to add the downstairs bunk room which has 3 triple bunk beds and can sleep 9 people. So the way to add it is to select 25 guests and it will automatically add the bunk room for you for an additional $133 a night plus VRBO fees and taxes. Then just send us a message so that we know how many people will be in your group). The Swiss Style Cabin is part of our ParkwayLodgeAZ group of cabins and is one of the least expensive cabins for the number of people it can sleep. It has 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 27 people. If you have larger groups, consider renting out our other cabin as well that has the capacity to sleep another 30 people. That cabin is called "Cabin with a Tree House," and it is located about a mile away from this cabin. Both of the ParkwayLodgeAZ Cabins have large back yards for fun family games or family gatherings. The location is great. The Swiss Style Cabin is less than a mile away from Rainbow Lake and we have kayaks (with a trailer) for our guest to enjoy. The Swiss Style Cabin was newly remodeled and furnished with high end mattresses and sheets so that you are cozy when you sleep and refreshed when you wake up. Some of the amenities include exercise equipment, a hot tub, fire pit with cantina lights, an outdoor swing for relaxing and an arcade game with 1600 games from the 80’s and 90’s. This is perfect for dads to destroy their teenagers by going old school on them. The Swiss Style Cabin also has an electric vehicle charger in the garage for your convenience! We also offer late check outs on days when we do not have guests checking in on the same day. You can extend your check out from the normal time at10 AM so that you can check out at noon for $100. Or you can extend it up until 2 PM for $200. We would like to let you know that we do all that is reasonably possible to provide our guests with a 5-star experience, but because there are things outside of our control such as the weather and other things, we do not provide refunds to guests for days used or not used. ***Please note that during the following holidays, the minimum number of nights in order to book is 4 nights and the whole property including the bunkroom needs to be included in the rental: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Easter, Memorial Day, and Labor Day.***

Quality laidback time with family over Christmas. 20 family members, played games, watched a little football and eat well. Everything we needed was there at the cabin. We stayed for three nights and never had to leave the cabin except for those who wanted to take a walk.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving with family and we really enjoyed the space ! It was spacious enough for us to not feel crowded, with multiple sitting areas and tables for sitting. I would recommend this property for large groups!

The house was a great place for our family (kids and grandkids) of 13 to relax, play, and enjoy time with each other. There's lots of room for everyone to spread out, along with a nice big dining table that is central, for everyone to eat together, play games, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking tools. Everyone loved the backyard, especially the swing and chairs around the firepit. We all had a fun time.

This property was a perfect fit for our large family - room for all to be comfortable and have some fun. The kids loved the pool table, foosball, video game, and hot tub! It was pretty hot outside, and there was no central air conditioning or good portable air in all the rooms, so that was a little uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our time at this fun place!

This house was perfect for our large group. We had a wide span of ages, so the variety of bedrooms and spaces was just perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit and the close proximity to forest and lake fun.

We had 25 people coming to this property for a girls camp… Everything was available to us! Well-stocked kitchen, the hot tub was amazing, the fire pit outback was fun to use, and the overall accommodations were amazing!

Loved staying here…. From the snacks at check in, to games up in the closet to the guest book. We enjoyed staying here and having a landing place for all our family. There were plenty of towels for all of us, the bedding was nice and extra blankets in every room. We loved foosball, and the jacuzzi.

Great house! Had a lot of fun with my family. So many amenities to keep your family occupied no matter their ages! We especially had fun hanging by the fire pit in the backyard and holding a darts tournament upstairs.

We had a group of 11 with a wide range of ages (grandparents, parents, teenagers, little kid, toddler, infant) and the house worked perfectly for us. The house was set up so well for a large group and it was very well thought out in the little details. I really appreciated the simple yet beautiful décor that fit with a house in the forest and that the house had extra of everything (blankets, pillows, towels). It was really nice to have enough plates, cups and silverware for a big group without feeling like we had to constantly be running the dish washer to have clean plates for the next meal. And one of the biggest bonuses for this house is the huge dinning table that could actually sit the whole family. It was so nice to be able to eat meals together and play family board games around the table. In the house, there is a first floor bedroom which was great for the grandparents who couldn't do stairs, the teens loved the bunk room as it was on the other side of the house so they could stay up later and not have to worry about waking the little ones and we did not have to worry about breakables and knick-knacks with the toddler and infant. We did have to bring our own baby gates for the top and bottom of the stairs as there were none in the house. The owner was amazing at communication. We reached out a few times for various things and always got a response within 10-15 minutes with helpful information. I think the only suggestion I would make would be to provide the check out information on vrbo or in a binder in the house as we had to reach out to the owner for all of that information. Overall this has been my family's favorite rental that we have done and we hope to be back again. We are also hoping to get the other side of our family there for an even bigger family vacation.
