About this house rental
Mountaintop gated 1 acre nature estate, serene, private, 2300 sq' home; 2500 sq' expansive decks & patios. Solar heated swimming pool. Sun! Enormous forest views.
4BD,3 BA; (4th BD is large family room w/ exc American Leather queen sofabed, twin bed, pool table). Living room fireplace; high speed wi-fi; 65"tv; prem cable pkg. Jacuzzi ($150 min. charge), WeberBBQ & outdoor sink. Putting green. Huge garden, patios, carpeted child's play area. EV charging station in driveway. Parties or events not allowed except by special arrangement.
Our home is on a one acre property.
Geraldine and Joe, the owners, maintain a small apartment on the upper level at the very end of the main house. They travel approximately six months of the year. If they are not traveling, they reside in that small in-law apartment.
Geraldine and Joe are completely independent of their guests and do not share any part of the over 1/2 acre private guest areas.
In 10 years, they have never had an issue with their guests.
Their home is very well insulated.
They do not hear guests (even crying babies and screaming children) and guests do not hear the owners.
Geraldine and Joe have a private entrance, kitchen, etc.
They are very sensitive to Guests' privacy. They do not use the pool or hot tub.
Geraldine and Joe do work in the upper level 1/2 acre garden area (guests are fully welcome in that area as well). If Geraldine and Joe are in residence, the upper garden area and the driveway are the only places guests and owners might encounter one another.
There are three levels to the expansive property.
Guests are almost always on the main level with the 100 foot long large deck area or on the large pool and hot tub deck area which is a level below the main level.
The owner area is on the upper garden level in the very back.

These views were nothing short of breathtaking!The house was so comfortable and well equipped. It was a great place for our family to relax and connect! Couldn't recommend enough:)

Our best moments were spent on an outrageous deck. Amazing views, great BBQ, drinks and memories. We all said the same thing when we arrived - the pictures do not do this property justice. The property had three levels - each level had amazing landscaping and the views got more breathtaking as we climbed (with beautiful flowers). Yes, we left to see the redwoods and a great beach but the real treat was the property, the views and of course the best deck & views we have ever seen. The house was great too and had something for everyone. A shoutout to the hosts, who obviously go the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need to create memories.
