About this house rental
Located in Dillon Beach, this lovely house for $695 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Experience panoramic ocean views as you move about this spacious beach house at Dillon Beach. The upper main level has an open floor plan where the family room, dining room, newly remodeled kitchen, bonus room and balcony enjoy that “million dollar view” of Dillon Beach. We have 20 feet of window seating to lounge on while you enjoy expansive windows that look out onto the ocean waves or enjoy a movie on a flat screen TV. The Master bedroom is located on the upper main level where you may want to sneak away to witness the breath-taking sunsets. The lower level holds 3 bedrooms: 1 large room with a Cal King bed, another large room with 2 queen beds and a third small room that holds a bunk bed (twin over double). The two larger rooms on the lower level are equipped with flat screen TVs. All flat screen TVs in the house have access to live cable channels via Sling and thousands of movies and tv shows via Netflix. There is a full bathroom on the lower level which also includes the washer and dryer and a sink for any delicate washing needs. This full bathroom opens up to an enclosed patio with a large, deluxe hot tub and views of the sunset on clear days. You will also find a couple of boogey boards, sand toys for the little ones and two collapsible chairs to bring to the beach. There are plenty of board games to enjoy with your friends and family, an XBOX and a selection of books to read throughout the house.

This property was even better than i expected. The house and view were gorgeous and the house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Due to the weather we were not able to use any of the outdoor amenities but in better weather would have. Definitely will be back.

This is a wonderful house for gathering with family. It's open format allows for family members to gather in one location. The driveway is easy to access from the street; the house was clean, with plenty of towels. We'd stay again!

What a beautiful home this is. So spacious and it was fully stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is beautiful with so much space to cook and sit down to eat. The bedrooms are good size, it’s dog friendly and has plenty of space to sit outdoors. The town had a blackout while we were there for 2 hours but we did not mind it at all. Jen was the perfect host and even offered to reimburse us if we needed to get flashlights or candles. I’ll definitely be back again next year.

We recently finished an almost 3-week stay at Wabi Tei in Dillon Beach. The house and location are fantastic. Beautiful views to take in the sea line and ocean from the living room and balcony. The host Jenn was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a family retreat.

Terrific views from the main living area-- living room, dining room, kitchen area. Also great views from 2 of the 4 bedrooms. Excellent walking on hills to the beach and along rocks and trails by the water.

We loved staying at this property. It was more beautiful than it’s photos and it managed to be both comfortable, relaxed, and still felt luxurious. We stayed to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday with a couple close friends and family. The teens loved the beach and the hot tub, everyone loved the beautiful views with deer wandering the streets and the drama of the changing weather. It was a warm sunny weekend and I can imagine that even in stormy weather this would be a great place to stay. We usually rent a house down in the village closer to the beach and the only down side to this home is the 10-15 minute walk to get to the ocean. However my feeling is that the comfort and the views more than made up for the longer walk. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was a perfect size for our family weekend away. There were 11 of us and there was plenty of room at the large kitchen table for us to eat together and plenty of seating in the living room. You cannot beat the view out to the ocean and down to Dillon Beach.
The owner was super responsive when I called her on Friday night with a question. The two downsides to the house were that the hot tub was not clean and therefore not usable. I did not alert the owner to this while we were there, so I essentially gave her no way to right this. The other item was that while the house was clean, the kitchen dishes/prep bowls/pans were dirty. We had to wash most everything before use.

We really enjoyed our time in your house! Mostly we were inside, due to the rain, but we did have a couple of side trips.
There are a few things that need attention. The dishwasher needs to be checked out. The drain in the downstairs bathroom a little slow. In the game room, there is a slight leak from the ceiling, close to the front of the house. My nephew accidentally broke the pull in the middle window of the living room. The cupboard knob in the kitchen is stripped, by the microwave.

The property was amazing it house all guest very comfortably. We had room to hang out play card games and eat together what an amazing space. The kitchen had everything we needed and the deck was amazing to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. Thank u for a fun weekend experience with amazing views.

This property is great for a large family. The common room upstairs has a gorgeous sweeping view of the bay and is so cozy with the window seats. The kitchen is fully stocked and a large table for everyone to sit down together. All the beds were comfy and clean and the bathrooms were updated and nice. The carpet was clean and soft and great for families. And the hot tub was lovely, and was easy to heat up. It was fun to be out on the balcony and watch the deer grazing on the hillside across the street, and we saw many hawks and other birds swooping around. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back.

This was easy. All questiones were answered. We loved the house. Enjoyed the area. We had a lot to do. I'd like to rent it again and for a longer stay. A family birthday dinner was so much fun. We spent time with family and enjoyed it all.

Wonderful Family Get Away
Beautiful spacious home. Views of Dillon Beach from every room. We had the pleasure of staying here with our family from Illinois and Pennsylvania. Each room was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We would love to return one day.

The bunk room is very small as pictured, but kids liked it. The TV's in every room of the house (bedrooms and living areas) are hooked up to streaming services so it was really easy and comfortable to watch movies. House was very warm when we were there because we got extremely lucky and it was sunny, warm, and calm for the entire 3 days. But, if it had been cooler, the separate thermostat for each bedroom are a nice touch if you need them. Washer is giant. There are 3 showers, and one has a tub and handheld. I liked the shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers on the walls in the showers. There is a nice little outdoor area where the hot tub is outside the downstairs laundry/bath (where 3 of the bedrooms are as well). The walk to the beach is down the road and down a path, but we made it with 3 children and 2 dogs every day in about 15 minutes. There were only a few really minor things that we'd suggest for improvement. A full-size coffee maker would be good to add, or maybe we are heavier than normal coffee drinkers. There was a Keurig, but we didn't know, so didn't bring pods. The instructions said to put away all dishes before leaving, which I have never seen before on check-out instructions (usually instructions say to start the wash and dishwasher), but I couldn't time that right and let the manager know we had left them running in the dishwasher and they were understanding (we did leave 16 hours early, so I wouldn't count on this though). A doggy door and an enticing area for dogs to do their business in the enclosed outdoor area would have topped the cake of this house and made us never want to stay any where else by this dog-friendly beach! For some reason, I couldn't get the dogs to use that area and had to take them out the front door and around the back to an open spot every night and morning. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!
