Consisting of 3 levels, the primary bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, the main living area is on the second level, with the laundry, bath and 2 additional bedrooms on the lower level. The unit features two balconies overlooking the forest. Jump on a shuttle, just steps away from your front door, to access world class skiing, village amenities and the community recreation center *. . . ideal for unwinding after a long day of hitting the slopes or exploring Tahoe. The great room style living area is the perfect space to come home to, cook up a meal and relax near the gas fireplace. Start creating memories at The Treehouse, this iconic Northstar condo. Please note, the condo capacity is 6 people maximum and there are no pets allowed. There is on-site management and non-compliance will be reported. Thank you for your understanding! STR Permit #22-6122 * Amenities at the community recreation center include year round access to pools and hot tubs, fitness center & sauna and pickle ball and tennis courts during the summer months - guest fees are charged at the front desk. My friends and I had a great stay with our kids for a ski weekend at Northstar. The Treehouse was beautifully equipped and updated, and located conveniently near a shuttle stop with only one or two other stops on the way to/from the Village (install the app and request the ride in the morning - picks up regularly until 6pm from the Village, after which you can request a ride from the app). There is a ski locker in which you can store your equipment right by the front door. The beds were comfortable, with warm quality bedding, and the bathrooms and kitchens were well-equipped with everything we needed. There was plenty of cookware, cooking oil, coffee maker, a nice toaster oven, etc etc. The mountain themed decorations of pine cones and bears were really cute (our kids loved the stuffed bears). Colette is an excellent host - super responsive, helpful, thoughtful, and accommodating. We highly recommend her and The Treehouse, and would happily stay here again!

The treehouse was an excellent location and we had the best experience! The place had all the amenities we needed and many extras - games, linens all top of the line! Perfect for our family with 3 elementary aged kids. Shuttle to Northstar is quick and easy. Many great restaurants nearby!

The Treehouse does not disappoint! It is everything we could have asked for: very well appointed, clean and spacious. Even the beds are comfy! Location is perfect, a nice walk to village and bus service if you need it. Colette is attentive and responsive. Will stay again!

My family and I had a great experience staying in this property. The location was 3 minutes away from Northstar village and close to the grocery store, which was super convenient. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated that there were lots of extra supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, etc.). I would recommend staying in this property, especially for skiing.

The property is nicely equipped and very comfortable. We were 5 adults. We made some nice dinners there and the unit is steps from parking and the shuttle. Highly recommend.

We had a fab time staying at The Treehouse. It is a well presented property and we appreciated all the extra amenities. It makes such a difference to a vacation. The property is in a great location to the slopes and Northstar village and everything in the condo seemed new and great quality. The beds were also very comfy. On our non ski days we enjoyed playing with the numerous board games. We will definitely return. Thank you also to Colette for being so responsive during our stay! This is how a VRBO should be run!

Title of the review says it all! Five of us had a wonderful long ski weekend at The Treehouse. This is a lovely and immaculate home with easy access to the slopes and Northstar village via the on demand shuttle. The kind of place that is even better than the photos. Beds were very comfortable (big plus in my book) plenty of room to spread out and also be together and there were many thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need including an amazing coffee and tea station. Our host Colette was super responsive and went the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. 10 out of 10! Can’t wait for our next trip to Northstar and The Treehouse!

This was a great spot for our family. The property manager was so accommodating, easy to communicate with, and made us feel welcomed and right at home for our stay. The home is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. It is also in a great location to catch the shuttle right across the street to and from the Northstar Village! Very comfortable house in a great location for Northstar. The kitchen has everything you could need if you plan to cook and we were pleasantly by the all of the family entertainment (puzzles, games, night-vision binoculars!) available. The temperature in each of the bedrooms can vary substantially but we found that worked well with our family preferences :)

My friends and I booked the Treehouse for our annual Tahoe trip and we loved it! The Treehouse is super close to Northstar, which was perfect for some of us who went snowboarding/ skiing. There's a shuttle that bring you to Northstar and the ride was only a few minutes long! The Treehouse also has great amenities; everything is pretty new and great quality! Colette's a great host and was super responsive to any questions we had. We stayed for a few days and found the Treehouse to be the perfect place for a great and comfortable getaway!

We loved our stay. It was a weekend getaway with friends. The home has everything you need, it can accommodate 3 couples or other configurations, and the location is perfectly situated. The guys rode to the the lifts for Northstar's mountain biking, the ladies walked to Northstar and took the lift to the Ritz for a spa day, and you can easily get to the lake or Truckee for dinner. While we didn't use it this trip, you have access to a clubhouse with a pool and grills. The property contact was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

The Treehouse was perfect for our family ski trip. The condo was clean, fresh and with new amenities--from the kitchen utensils to the towels, etc. All was in excellent condition. Proximity to the ski mountain was great too--just a simple shuttle ride away.
