Unbelievable single-family residence in Carlsbad, CA. Located on in very quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac and in walking distance to the sandy beaches, Carlsbad Village with fine dining, coffee shops, boutique shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy and hear the ocean and white-water views from your master bedroom. The front ocean view courtyard with fire-pit area, a great spot to relax and unwind. This modern open floor plan has all you need to make your stay the most memorable and amazing one.

This is an amazing property for a big group and super close to Tamarack beach. House is well equipped with beach gear-chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, sand toys, etc. We loved the hot tub and fire pit for gathering after busy beach days and adventures. Kitchen is well equipped and we ate at the house most meals. Beach is close enough to go back and forth during the day for food or naps for littles. We had 8 adults and two small children and had plenty of room and space for everyone. Communication was great and accommodations generous-lots of bath and beach towels, board games to play, and kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

House was everything we needed for our family. Well stocked kitchen, lots of beach equipment and great communication with property manager. Only minor complaint is for the price of the rental we expected better beds, all were low quality mattresses.

We really enjoyed the house. It was a great location to get to. The upgraded baths were very nice. There was enjoy towels, kitchen supplies, toilet paper, and beach supplies for all of us. Parking was great. Neal was great to work with, helped us trouble shoot the hot tub. We would be happy to stay again!
