The unit occupies the second and third levels and includes two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with a double bed.
The location makes exploring easy. Alyeska Resort, local restaurants, shops, and other Girdwood conveniences are within walking distance, while a brewery is located directly across the street. The free community shuttle provides additional transportation around Girdwood when operating.
The third-floor loft provides a separate retreat and includes a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave, closet and dresser storage, nightstands, floor lamp, and a TV with streaming capabilities. The main living area provides a comfortable place to gather and relax, with mountain views adding to the setting.
Shared coin-operated laundry is available on the property. The lower unit may be occupied by other guests during your stay, so normal activity between units may be heard and guests are asked to be considerate of noise.
The property is self check-in, making arrival convenient for travelers arriving later in the day. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee with advance notice.

Four adults stayed very comfortably in the unit and we had everything needed for a great stay! A great place to stay to experience the surrounding areas of Anchorage to Seward to Whittier to Palmer. Loved Virgin Falls!

Was a bit too rustic for me! was clean, just not very updated and no supplies as listed. Screens on window absent, buggy, noisy with highway right next to property. Too expensive for what was offered. checked out day early, not even a credit. No paperwork inside as to what instructions for property, was coin operated laundry outside of living area, no soap no coins. internet was spotty and sorry my email wasn't too accesible to look up the vrbo site.
