About this condo rental
Situated in Burbank, this charming condo for $61 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We would like to welcome you to our newly remodeled, Modern, 1 Bedroom, 1 Full Bathroom, 650 square feet Apartment. Note! There is 1 flight of stairs and no elevator access to this apartment There are plenty of large windows in the Living Room, Dining Room and Bedroom, with 2" Faux wood louvers. This Apartment will sleep 3 with a King size bed and a Sofa/Bed. A Cot for a 4th person is located in the Bedroom Closet with all bedding on shelf above. There is also a remote, multi speed fan over the bed and dining table. The Living/Dining Rooms look out on to the Aqua colored Pool...especially beautiful when lit at night! The Full Bath has a Tub/Shower with Shower Curtains and a wall mount dispenser which will provide you with Shampoo, Body Wash and Conditioner. A Vanity gives plenty of counter space with a large mirror. A dimmer switch has been added to provide your choice between a bright functioning light or a dim, early morning light...Your choice! Our building is located near Griffith Park where 3 freeways merge in Glendale. Interstate 5, U.S. Highway 101 and State Route 134. No matter what direction you decide to venture, you are close to an on-ramp. Enjoy a well maintained Swimming Pool with Beach Towels and 2 lounge chairs, Bench and single seating. We wanted to be responsible with our pool so we provided 100% Solar Heating but remember...Most of the year, the Solar is more than adequate but if you are visiting us in the winter, the days may reach 80 degrees but the nights are long and cold leaving the water on the cool side. Hot water for the building is also supplied by Solar but there is no need for worry about lack of hot water here. We have 5 Large Capacity Storage Tanks and a Large backup water heater...Just in Case! We have a 2nd level deck, overlooking the pool on one side and Floor to ceiling windows on the other side which provides an eating/reading area with a glass table and 4 chairs. There are also 2 bench seats. There is an on-site Laundry with 2 Washers, 2 Dryers and a folding table. A covered, under building Parking space is provided with lots of street parking as well. A Wall Heater and an in-wall Air Conditioner provide for heat and Air Conditioning. For the enjoyment of the entire family, we have a 55" Smart Television in the Living Room and a 33" Smart TV in the Bedroom with 100 mbps wireless capability. Our fully equipped Kitchen has a Refrigerator, Flat Top Range, Microwave and a Large Stainless Steel Sink. Appliances include a Keurig Coffee Maker with pods, a Waffle Maker, Toaster, Blender and all the Cookware and Bakeware you may need to make your own creations! You will also enjoy our many varieties of teas and sweeteners!

The apartment was perfect for us. Very nicely decorated and furnished. We did not expect it to be so well-stocked with basic food and drink items. The hosts were extremely welcoming, helpful, and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Two positives really stand out: the responsiveness and flexibility of the hosts, and the food items stocked for us in the kitchen (eggs, milk, cheese, butter, pancake mix, popcorn, etc). It was so helpful now to have to make a trip to the grocery store right away. 😀

Stayed for one night, safe area, very clean, smart TV, parking spot is a plus but there is also plenty of street parking. Also a great breakfast spot across the street!! Would highly recommend if you need a place to stay in LA!

Ray & Sandy's property was perfect for our holiday, the location was a great hub to explore California and the parking spot was used it was a bit tight for our Nissan Rogue hire car, but simple solution was my family jumped out while i parked.
We used the pool at the propery a few times, was always clean and additional pool towels came in handy.
We didn't have much interaction with the owners when at the property but was great to know they lived on site so if we needed support they wetr there, was very nice coming into very well stocked fridge and pantry.
Really can't speak highly enough of the property, the pictures don't actually do it justice.
If we ever find ourselves in the area again we're absolutely staying here again.

This is THE place if you’re planning on staying on LA. Hosts were super attentive, accommodating and communicative.
Driving to universal was a breeze! Property was super clean, bed was comfy…. Everything about this stay was PERFECT!!! We wanted to swim a little bit but the weather wasn’t that good… but the pool looked good too!!
We will definitely be coming back!!!

We arrived later than expected driving in from AZ. The apartment is absolutely adorable clean and cozy. It was great to immediately get a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. The hosts were extremely receptive and helpful and accessible. The property is quiet, which we loved. The apartment is so clean and having some breakfast food and water, helped the kids and I get out easily in the AM. The apartment was extremely conveniently located near Universal. We slept well. Beds were comfortable and the AC units kept the temperature perfect. The location felt very safe and secure. I would love to return!

I truly feel lucky to have found this quaint little place to stay. For the value, it was spot-on. The location was perfect for our trip to Universal (Super Nintendo World!) and the property managers are easy to access and helpful. It’s worth knowing this is an older building and not a luxury stay at the Hilton. But free parking and provided breakfast is a rare find and we are so thankful.

This condo was perfect for a family of 4, for visiting sights around LA (zoo, universal, walk of fame, Beverly Hills, etc). The best part was that it was fully stocked with everything you need, even some basic food items. We would stay again if we are in LA!

Sandy and Ray were great hosts, their place felt like home and the entire aesthetic was beautiful. The location is also convenient (highway isnt far) and easy parking. I also loved their hospitality; they had food/snacks already available, so not much grocery shopping was needed on our end. I will definitely book with them again!

The apartment's location is ideal for exploring LA. Spacious, quiet, clean and equipped with everything you need, even extra towels for the pool which we really appreciated after a day in LA.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and we can fully recommend this apartment....

I really wanted to like this property as owners seemed like pretty nice people and were very quick at responding to our inquiries prior to our visit. Unfortunately though, we had less than pleasant experience with our stay. We had issues getting inside. We arrived at the properly after 9 pm and it seems like the code that was given to us wasn’t working and we had to buzz in for someone to let us in. It was challenging as we had two sleeping little ones and luggage on our hands. When we walked in, we were greeted with a smell of old smoke in our house. However the worst part was when we woke up in the morning and ants were crawling in the bathroom all over the sink where our toiletries were, all over our tooth brushes. We raised the concern with owners who promptly came inside the property to take a look and tried eliminating the issue however when we came back to the property fewer ants were still present in the bathroom. We had to completely remove all of our belongings from the bathroom in order to avoid ants crawling all over them. Sadly this is not where our experience has ended. Parking space allotted to this property is extremely small, so if you have a larger SUV vehicle you will have a hard time getting out of your car. We were coming back later in the evening from universal studios and I made a mistake of backing up into a parking stall where there was a pipe sticking out from the ceiling that I did not notice which ended up scratching the top roof of our vehicle.

Clean, quiet, great location. Just fyi, only AC in living room, not in bedroom. There is a fan, however. The blinds in bedroom don't block out enough light, so just keep that in mind if you need complete darkness for sleep. Other than that, great stay overall. Would recommend and would stay again.

Ray was an amazing and answered all my questions. The apartment was clean and inviting. Ray had eggs and all the necessities for making meals. It was in a great location due to its proximity to downtown Burbank and Universal Studios. I plan on staying there again.

Ray and Sandy are incredible hosts… if I could give them more than a 5 start I would! I’ve stayed at several rentals across North America and Europe and this was the property that had the best host. They equipped the kitchen with much more than you expect (food, condiments, dishes etc.). The location is also great, secure and close proximity to universal and highway which makes it easy to get around. A car is a must but parking is included! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Ray and Sandy were amazing hosts! We really appreciated the snacks, and having coffee creamer, milk, and eggs already stocked in the fridge was just what I needed that first morning! Both were also quick to respond when we had questions. We enjoyed chatting with them when our paths would cross.
The rental had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable. Ray and Sandy warned us the pool may be a little chilly, but the kids didn’t care! The kids asked us every day on our various adventures when we were “going back to the hotel to swim.” Big hit!
It was a perfect location for going to Universal Studios, Griffith Park and Hollywood Blvd. It felt safe and secure. The covered parking spot was also nice.

It was in a quiet neighborhood with walkable food options and quiet at night. We felt safe and slept well. The neighbors were also very quiet with maybe a couple door bangs here and there. It is so close to tourist spots and no more than 45 min in downtown traffic to downtown. Hosts were informative and nonintrusive. They also had plenty of extras on hand like pantry essentials, coffee, milk and eggs. Amazing stay!! Would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was very secure and we felt safe. It’s a good location for a short drive to the Hollywood area. It was clean and thoughtfully stocked w/ necessities. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of blankets and extra pillows. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on but okay when pulled out for sleeping. Overall, would stay again and recommend.

Our stay was perfect in every sense. We were here for the Cruel World Festival at the Rose Bowl. This apartment was centrally located to all of the places we visited. It was very clean, comfortable, stocked with basic provisions, and was our perfect home for the short time we were here. We would highly recommend staying here, and would definitely come back again.

Stayed with a friend for a convention in LA. Close enough to things without being in a crazy neighborhood. The unit was cute, cozy, and nicely updated. Bed was comfy and there were plenty of pillows. The property managers were very nice and they keep snacks stocked in the fridge and cupboards. Overall would stay here again. Only weird thing was the shower temp fluctuated a lot, but that's common with older buildings and wasn't a big deal. Five stars.

First off, the Ca. King? size bed was the best bed ever in a rental. Plenty of extra pillows, too. Everything seemed thought of..magnifying mirror for putting makeup on! Plenty of waters and all kinds of stocked basics, eggs, milk, coffee pods, cereal everything you could possibly need was thought of. Great little cafe across the street, The Boulevard Cafe was convenient and delicious. They had all kinds of milks for coffee and good service.

My first time in LA was fantastic because of Ray and this place! It was a good area, very clean, and fully stocked with everything I needed. Ray was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here!

We loved staying in this older apartment complex. It was really quiet, great location for easy access to two major freeways. It's 15 minutes from the LA Zoo, and 20 minutes from Universal Studies, as well as 10 minutes from downtown Glendale which is where I had my business conference. My husband and kids enjoyed the stay while I worked. All the appliances as well as vacuum and broom where in the unit. I have kids so I have to clean up there crumb trail. lol. The manager lives on site and we honestly never saw really anyone. You do have to remember when you stay you have 2 ways up to your room and both require 1 flight of stairs and a little tiny bit of a walk to your car. We used the cot as well as the fold down couch for our 2 kids. If you have a toddler you will just need to move the glass décor and then you will be fine. They had wood kitchen and living room floors and carpet in the bedroom. The bed was sssoooooo comfy. We will definitely be back if I have another work function in the area. Thank you also for your hospitality and amazing communication before and throughout our stay when we needed to communicate.
