Additional linens for the sleeper sofa can be found in the closet. We request that you launder, fold and store the sleeper sofa linens in the closet, prior to your departure. Pool Access: The swimming pool is only available between April-October, between 6am and 10pm. The pool heater is available only during April, May, and October. A small additional fee of $100 is added to each reservation during these months. Hot Tubs: Guests are welcome to make use of the hot tubs throughout their stay, at no additional cost. Beach Towels: Beach towels are provided for your use. We request that guests launder, fold and store any that are used. These are not part of your cleaning fees. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. An additional fee of $200 per pet is added to reservation. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Pets are not allowed in the pool deck area as well. We can allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each may weigh under 50 lbs. Pets are not allowed in pool or common areas. Rental Policy: A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for booking.
