The 2 bedroom 2 bath arrangement also provides the space the ability to host a family or mixed guests to the same capacity. What's Nearby: Being located in Brewster gives this home easy access to all corners and reaches of Cape Cod. In addition to the nearby pools and tennis, pickleball courts are now open and can be accessed by purchasing a pass. Want to spend a day in Provincetown? It is only 32 miles away. Planning a trip to the National Seashore? Only 18 miles away. If you want to stay local there are numerous beaches in Brewster including Ellis Landing Beach only 1.4 miles away! To top it all off, this unit is located directly in the middle of the stunning Ocean Edge Resort Golf Course which is known on the Cape to be the most beautiful resort available. Things to Know: For access to the pool/entertainment center, guests will need to pay $25 per day (per person) for an amenities pass at the The Links Club House membership office. Guests may purchase up to six passes - it allows access to the pool and fitness center. Guests will have to fill out a form and then pick up passes membership center, located outside the golf pro shop. Kids under six years of age are free, and passes for guests 15 years and younger cost $10 per day. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The condo itself was immaculate, spacious, quiet, comfortable, and in an absolutely lovely location. We were there for a wedding at Ocean Edge Resort and this area couldn’t have been more perfect!

The location was perfect and central to towns and beaches. Very clean and quiet. Lovely complex. Could’ve used guest passes for the pool.

The condo itself was very cute and clean!! We enjoyed our stay. However, it is mis-advertised. The pool is $25 per person per day. It is not included in the price you pay for the condo. Also, the mattresses are uncomfortable. The coffee-maker is a Keurig, so come with some k-cups if you are a coffee drinker.

The space was more than we anticipated but worthy of high praise. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out with all the amenities at the ready. The location was great, just around the corner from numerous tasty eating venues. Very pleased with choice. The only issue was the checkout and checkin times. A little on getting in and a little early on getting out. Thank you for the wonderful spot.

Centrally located condo for the family! Be aware that you have to buy pool passes separately- they are not included. Overall, we really enjoyed the location and condo.

The property is quiet and cared
For. We did experience a lot of ants throughout the unit despite it being clean. The additional fees for use of the pool should be included in the listing. The unit was comfortable and well equipped.

Overall a great experience. Would have appreciated a toaster, salt/pepper, aluminum foil/plastic wrap, towel rack in master bathroom couldn’t hold a towel without falling. Thanks prompt service on fixing bathroom sink. Two full bathrooms was a plus. Thank you!

Everything in the house was spotless and felt brand new. The decor was perfect for the setting and the deck looking over the water was great for morning coffee. The guest info guide made it so easy to access and fully utilize what the property has to offer. Every item in the house has a purpose and nothing ever left us wanting. We stayed at the Ocean Mandevilla in July and were very happy.The home was clean, with modern touches, and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the cork flooring especially during this time. All the appliances were updated - except the oven - but it worked fine. I would definitely recommend this home.

What a pleasure to write this review. We have traveled extensively in the US & Europe, and I must say, these hosts have it absolutely right! They understand the business of hosting and the needs of visitors to the Cape. Upon entering the condo, it is clear that they also respect the captivating beauty of the Cape. As one walks from room to room, calming colors from outside are reflected inside – sea blues, soft greens, sparkling sandy tones. Each room is fun, well-appointed & comfortable—there is so much to appreciate. The condo is ideally situated in historic Brewster, minutes from the Rail Trail, bustling Orleans & the pristine beaches of the National Seashore. It is impeccably clean – a deal breaker for us! Bravo many times over!

I stayed here with 5 friends and we had an amazing time!!! The condo was immaculate with everything we could need, and we all fit comfortably. You can't beat the location of this condo, with access to biking, beach, and loads of restaurants close by!!! It was the perfect spot to do lots of exploring, and was a welcoming space to come home to after a long day. I am definitely recommending this rental to all my friends, and can't wait to return again!!!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was very clean and everything in the condo seemed new. It was a hot week and we did not use the A.C. much because the air flow was good with the windows open. The Cape is always busy for the 4th of July week and it was nice to come back to such a quiet and relaxing
place. Everyone at Oceans Edge is very nice and helpful. Bayzos is a great restaurant at the Mansion side, they have excellent food!! We would definitely stay at this condo again!
