About this cottage rental
This is a fun two-level lakeshore cottage, new kitchen appliances, approx 1800 sq ft home with an oversized 12'x15' treetop deck providing expansive views across Round Lake and into the other Chain 'o Lakes. Features a main floor lakeside window wall and hand-sawn oak boards forming custom walls in the spacious cathedral ceiling dining/living area.
The lakefront is 58' of shoreline, with a rare sandy bottom. Dock installed for mooring your boat approximately Mother’s Day through September. Three kayaks ( two singles, one tandem), two SUPs, and an inflatable sunning raft await you. For fun, a cornhole game and a fire pit are lakeside to tell stories by and roast marshmallows. Enjoy the Happy Swimmers cottage!

We enjoyed a few days in waupaca! What a great place. We loved that there were kayaks and paddle boards available to use. We had some issues getting in when we first got there but Jenn and Mark helped us out instantly! The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. There was also plenty of space in the house. There were 2 couples and we had plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this place.

One minor problem with the combination door. Otherwise no complaints. We all love this place.
