Pool has rinse shower and bathrooms for your use. Lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. Discounted rates August 5,2024 - September 15 due to pool remodel. We kept searching to find a perfect spot - not overly crowded yet close to everything you would want to enjoy. Madeira Beach is a favorite for both locals and tourists - it's a great place for the entire family. We provide chairs, umbrella, beach toys and a cooler. The kitchen has new quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances. We provide what most cooks need: microwave, Keurig Combo Coffee maker, blender, toaster, wine and champagne glasses, cutting boards, dishes, pizza pans and more. HD Smart TV’s in every room each with WIFI, Spectrum TV and Pandora included. Wall mounted 65 inch Samsung unit in living room and 50 inch units in all bedrooms. Desk areas in Primary and Secondary Bedrooms No Carpets Under building covered parking spot can comfortably fit 2 vehicles Check in arrival is 4 PM, earlier check in can be requested but cannot be promised. Check out by 10 AM Flexible Check-in Days allowed for our guests busy schedules Payment of 50% required to secure reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted in the quoted currency (USD) only. Cancellations: 100% refund in first 5 days after payment, then see rental agreement for time frames and terms such as 14, 30 and 45 days notice. Service Notes: We have a professional cleaning service between guest visits. Special arrangements can be made to have cleaning service for guests who stay longer than 7 nights. For example, when a guest stays 4 weeks, we can arrange to have housekeeping come to the unit each week.

We seriously cannot say enough about how PERFECT this beautiful place is and how our family loved the layout having adult kids being able to have your own space bedrooms bathrooms along with having a great kitchen and dining area… not to mention the living room equipment with all the bells and whistles right down to the luxurious couch they have thought everything so your can enjoy every minute of your stay!!lots of extras for your beach time provided!!….So fresh and clean….The location is so convenient for dinning entertainment groceries and spirits.
Loved the pool hot tub … and the beautiful white sand beaches…. What a view from right from your balcony!!!!!…Picture perfect sunsets ,dolphins,and sailboats …

Wonderful condo. Highly recommend. Local owners are great with communication and very helpful. Condo was very clean and beautiful with high end furnishings, comfy beds, and all the extras you need for your stay. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. The best part is you are right on the beach. Open the sliders and hear the waves crashing on the shore. Pool and hot tub are heated to really warm temps. We swam in 65 degree weather. Elevator worked well, two covered parking spots, and secure building.

Everything about this was perfect for our family. The hosts were very responsive to any inquiry we had and very quick to respond. The unit was super clean and the furnishings were amazing.
- beautiful and so comfortable. We heard no noise from other units or outside. The view from the deck faces the gulf and we had some amazing sunsets while we were there. Great places to dine were within walking distances as were attractions to entertain the kids. Would definitely recommend for couples or families if you are looking for a great beach experience without the noise and partying.

Our family of 6 enjoyed this top floor condo for a week and would definitely return. We saw dolphin daily and even had a manatee swim within 2 feet of us. The master and second bedrooms are very spacious with huge closets. The 3rd bedroom is a little tight when the trundle bed is pulled out, but certainly big enough for 2 teens. The kitchen feels a little small when more than 1 person is trying to cook but not a big drawback. The luxury of 3 bedrooms AND 3 baths far outweighs the restraints of a smaller kitchen. The living room is also quite spacious with enough room for our family to relax and watch a movie together. The views from the spacious balcony cannot be beat. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and plenty of beach towels. Highly recommend.

This might be our favorite vacation rental ever for our girls trip. The photos do not do it justice. There were endless little thoughtful touches throughout. The furniture was very comfortable and high quality in every room. Plenty of beach towels and nice beach chairs to use. In my opinion, it is the best location in the entire building. Communication was fast and thorough. The pool and hot tub were very nice and they have a strict no smoking policy in the public areas which I LOVED. Thank-you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We hope to be back.

This condo is comfortable, well equipped, right on the beach and has lots of extras such as beach chairs, umbrella, towels. Our family had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back in the future. Outstanding!!!

I will note next time not to book the week of the 4th of July Lol! The evenings were a bit too raucous to sit out and really enjoy the wonderful balcony of this condo. That said, it’s a great property and location. Restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. The beach is beautiful; we all had a great time!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5, including teens and young adults. Everyone had room to spread out. We spotted dolphins and manatees from the spacious balcony. Unit is spotless and well decorated. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again :)

Family of 8 adults stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed. Nobody had to sleep on a futon or a sofa bed. the condo was neat, updated, and clean and just an overall great space for a large group. The owners were super easy to work with. Hope to return here again!

The condo is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and (as other reviewers have mentioned) the 5th floor patio balcony and view over the ocean are amazing. Dolores was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, such a generous host. We would 100% stay here again next time we're in Madeira Beach and give it the highest recommendations.

This property was perfect for a large group of friends. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. If not on the beach or in the pool, we spent our time on the balcony. It was very roomy and everyone had a seat!! We had a great time and will definitely return!

We have been staying at Seaview every February for many years. This unit by far was the best one we have stayed in. The unit was above and beyond clean, which we appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked for the many times we cooked during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the furniture and decor spot on. The view from the top floor balcony was the best! The condo property at Seaview is always well maintained with a great pool area, use of a barbeque and friendly staff. Communication with Dolores was timely and helpful. We look forward to our next stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It truly is even nicer in person. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable with attached bathrooms. The pool area and beach access were great for our family with little kids. There were many dining options a 5 minute drive away and several even within walking distance. We certainly plan to rent again if we visit the area in the future.

Dolores and Ezra are excellent hosts who have an amazing property that fit our family’s needs well! Spotless and comfortable, the condo has the most incredible ocean views from the top floor balcony. The location could not be beat! And I appreciated Dolores accommodating a special request. We will be back when we visit Madeira beach again and highly recommend this property.

We adored our stay here! We watched manatees and dolphins from our balcony that feels like you’re almost on top of the beach! The modern decor and cleanliness made it a pleasure to be inside the condo when we weren’t basking on on the sand! Our son rented JetSkis and scooters nearby while we just hung out near the ocean. The kitchen is equipped perfectly and we so appreciated having nice beach chairs and an umbrella that we didn’t have to bring from home. I can’t think of one negative thing to say! We sure did hate to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you so much!

As we visited friends in Sarasota and Wesley Chapel—- pretty much even distance between the two. As I write you, we have driven to St Augustine to see friends. Where we wiii stay a few days

The unit is just what we needed; comfortable space, clean, thoughtfully appointed furniture and decor with the perfect view! Communication was prompt and thorough. You can tell the owners really think about their guests comfort to the smallest details and want to help make lifelong memories. The location and building is a quiet, non partying atmosphere where you can truly relax to enjoy your family/friends. The awesome beach is so close even a family member with a health issue was able to walk out to it. The pool area was never rowdy,, but tons of fun for little kids and adults equally. The hosts were very accommodating and provided additional requests for my family. One of the few properties that have beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards for the guests. If we found anything missing, they were able to get items to us in less than 24 hours. I would recommend the property to anyone with a family because it cuts down on the items you will need to bring.

Perfect For Our Multigenerational Family
This Seaview condo was the perfect place for our St. Pete area visit. We had two adults with two under 9 kids and their grandpa visiting local family, so proximity to the beach and to St. Pete was essential. The 3 BR layout was also exactly what we needed, and the balcony which was bigger than we expected was a great place for us to sit and watch the ocean.
The beach was also not very crowded (last week of June) which allowed us to pick our spots for setting up in the sand each day. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, too. The location is also convenient to a lot of wonderful restaurants.
I can’t say enough about the hosts. We were contacted shortly before our stay with check-in and pertinent information for pool and beach access. We left behind a few personal items, and the owners got them and took them to the condo rental office downstairs for us the same day we messaged.

This is the nicest VRBO we have rented so far. Beautiful furnishings, well equipped kitchen and a very spacious balcony. Near to many restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous beach. The owners were easy to contact and work with.

This condo and property manager exceeded our expectations. Check-in was a breeze. Condo is fully stocked with anything you could need. Balcony is huge. Condo complex is clean and great location for waking to local places or trolley stop (both north and south) are right out front. We had such a great time and will definitely look to return.

Our trip here far exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and very comfortable for our family of 7 adults. The location to the beach was so convenient. I can't say enough about how much fun we had and we would definitely come back to this property again.
