About this house rental
Relax at this 3BR/2.5BA Siesta Key home with a private saltwater pool and spa, surrounded by lush palms and a private fenced yard. Optional pool and spa heat is available for $250 per week. The poolside patio and Weber gas grill make outdoor living easy.
The home is on the north end of the island: about 5 minutes to Siesta Village and 7 minutes to Siesta Beach, with quick access on and off Siesta Key.
The home sleeps 8 with a king master suite, queen bedroom, twin bedroom with two twin beds, a double-bed loft, and a sofa bed. Guests also have fast WiFi, a 75-inch TV with major streaming services, central air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, and smart-lock self check-in.
You'll have the entire home to yourself, including the private pool and spa, poolside patio, Weber grill, garage parking and driveway. Parking is limited to 4 cars, with no street parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for our family vacation in Florida! The house was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The pool was definitely a highlight for our family — we spent so much time enjoying it throughout the week. The host was also fantastic with communication and always quick to respond to any questions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The kitchen was adequately equipped. It would have been nice to have a few large bowls (mixing bowl size), some plastic storage containers for leftovers, and perhaps a few plastic plates/cups for children. These are just things my family could have used - everything else was found in the kitchen. The pool was great - my grandchildren absolutely loved it!

What a beautiful home. Check in was staightforward which we were grateful for after a 9 hour flight into Tampa. The house was exactly as we'd hoped from viewing the listing; spotlesslt clean, well equipped with appliances and kitchenware, and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The balconyand pool areas had great seating and lounger options, perfecting for relaxing.The location was great too, the road was quiet and a good base for exploring Siesta Key as well asLongboat Key, Brandenton and Anna Maria. I had a couple of questions for Paul before we arrived which he answered very promptly. The welcome gift was very thoughful and well received, thank you Paul.
