Nestled in Casas Adobes, this attractive house for $143 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The townhouse has over 1400 sq ft of single-story living space, in addition to an outdoor courtyard and fenced backyard. The home has tons of natural light, thanks to the three skylights (kitchen and bathrooms) and lots of windows. The courtyard is ideal for al fresco dining in our Arizona weather, or relaxing with a beer after a long day of hiking or biking. The fully-fenced backyard allows plenty of space for you and your guests to enjoy the outdoors. The office/den is in a separate and spacious room, making it perfect for a dedicated work space. Free high speed Wifi allows you hassle-free streaming or access to the internet. All rooms have light-filtering honeycomb blinds for privacy. Both bedrooms have room-darkening curtains for your comfort. The decor inside the townhouse features work from local artists, and highlights Tucson and southern Arizona. We recently commissioned a local artist to complete a mural in the patio to complement your Tucson stay! Our backyard was professionally landscaped in the fall of 2022, to include a cactus garden with many native Arizona plants for you to enjoy while relaxing in the sun. As an end unit, at the far edge of the complex, the townhouse is very quiet and serene, and so is the entire neighborhood. The living space of the townhouse shares no common walls with the next-door neighbors, making our home even more peaceful. The garage, and full-sized washer & dryer, is available for our guests. Garage has 7 ft height clearance, so please be aware. There are visitor parking spots near the home, however they are not guaranteed to be available at all times during your stay. The HOA does not allow overnight parking in the driveway, nor do they permit parking RVs, etc. The community has a gated pool and spa area available for our guests. The pool is heated, as needed year-round, with the exception of January and February. The Saguaro Moon is conveniently located in Tucson. 15 minutes to downtown, and less than 10 minutes to La Encantada, Tucson's premier shopping mall with a large variety of luxury and specialty retail stores and restaurants. There are numerous hikes and golf resorts nearby. The nearest parking lot for The Loop (bike path in Tucson) is less than ten miles away. It is a ninety minute drive to Tombstone, Arizona (home of the OK Corral), or sixty minutes to Sonoita, Arizona for some local wine/beer tasting. TPT License #21395645

My wife and I (plus our dog Moose) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amber's place. She is very polite and was very responsive to our questions. Her place is exactly as advertised and clean. The extra outdoor space is a big plus to staying here, along with the double garage. If this general location is where you're looking to stay, you'll like this place. We also enjoyed the hot tub!

This condo is in a great neighborhood and was easily accessible to the airport, shopping restaurants and our family who live in Tucson. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and Amber was an excellent communicator. The condo was well-stocked to fit all our needs.

We found our go-to lodging in Tuscon with this lovely townhouse in a quiet location. It is very tastefully decorated and comfortably served four adults. The sitting area behind the unit was a bonus. The garage easily held both cars keeping them out of the Arizona sun. A plus was that we were also able to plug in our electric car. Location convenient to Mt Lemmon (download audio tour recommended) and Sabino Canyon (nice hike out of canyon after taking crawler to top). Our Host, Amber, was great to work with. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at the Saguaro Moon! The unit is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Our host Amber has done an amazing job to have every convenience available. Though we were only there for a short weekend, it felt like home! We can't wait to visit again soon.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Peaceful and quite location. Amber was very responsive to our requests and questions! Would definitely stay here again! I have mobility issues and i found this townhouse easy to get into. Only one little step to get into the house. The only issue we had was the bed in the master bedroom was low and very uncomfortable. Would also like to suggest removing the rugs on top of the carpet in the bedrooms. Trip hazard for myself and my elderly parents. Patio area was nice and peaceful to have your morning coffee. Family room was beautiful and comfortable to relax and watch a movie after a long day of sightseeing. Everything we could need in the kitchen was available to us. Enjoyed the stay and would stay again!

Great property! Saguaro Moon is well appointed and had everything we needed. Comfy outdoor areas for hanging out and plenty of room to spread out inside. Neighborhood was quiet! Located really close to some great hiking and good places to eat. Hope to return here on future visits.
