Traditional Villa built circa 1910 with original period features including Kauri floorboards, sash windows etc. Three double bedrooms, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with large open fire. Property includes modern purpose built games room with bar area, pool table, table tennis table, dart board, large screen TV, record player and log burner (for winter) and large pergola area (for summer). Property is approx 900m from the town centre and walking distance to a number of local vineyards, bars, cafes and restaurants. Property is pet friendly, with fully fenced backyard. Note - main dwelling is over 100 years old, do not book if you are looking for a modern accommodation option.

Fantastic place to stay! Lovely house and the outdoor area is amazing! Best of all is the games room out the back! We spent most of our time out there, just brilliant! We will definitely return!

we enjoyed our stay the house was clean and the games room area was a great place to hang out. The location is great if you want to do some wine tasting. Only minor change I would suggest is some new pillows as they were getting a bit flat. Otherwise great stay

Our party of six thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. The villa was warm and welcoming. Check in was easy. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa had everything required for a weekend stay. The Games Room was a real bonus. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

This was our second stay, a very relaxed villa with an awesome games room for the whole family. We particularly liked the dog friendly fenced backyard and the location of the house. We were within walking distance of 6 plus vineyards. We’ll definitely be back with our family of 6.

This was a perfect retreat for a Whanau celebration. Good size rooms, good location and the games room a fabulous place to hang and relax after a day of wine tasting. For a mid winter celebration it was home away from home. Loved it!

Place was excellent and exactly what we wanted. Close (i.e .walking distance) to the town centre and to some great wineries. The games room is fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

A wonderful place to stay in a prime location on the edge of town. We’ll equipped and comfortable, the house has charming period features and is surrounded by charming gardens. And the separate games room provides a whole additional level to the experience. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t have more time. Thoroughly recommended.

The location is fantastic. Between 2 cellar doors and walling distance to town. The games room was amazing and we had a lot of fun playing darts and pool. It was a great stay.

Lovely place, everything you need is there, games room is amazing…. Great private back yard. those pesky local cockroaches were huge but thankfully fly spray was provided….. we will definitely be back

Our stay of 7 days was great, the villa was very nice .Fantastic for the dogs in back yard which was very well fenced . The entertainment area was amazing and got lots of use. Only negative was the oven didnt seem to work correctly on bake and fridge would freeze in the bottom . But these are only minor problems it is located in a great area close to the township. We would love to stay there again.

What an adorable cottage, comfortable beds, fireplace with plenty of wood, high chair if needed and dogs welcome. Enclosed yard, lots of fruit trees and vines. The games room is awesome! Pool table, table tennis, darts, big screen tv and music system. Additional toilet too. Will definitely stay again.

We had 2 nights with our visiting relatives and our two greyhounds. The house was a perfect size and very comfortable. The dogs and humans loved sitting out in the garden and the abundance of fruit trees was impressive. We only wished we had stayed about a month later to enjoy some of the lovely fruit ripening on the trees. :-) And what can be better in Martinborough than staying among the vines and having several wineries an easy walk/stagger away.

Everything you need in one great location. We loved popping next door to the wineries and heading up the road to hire bikes and swim in the free local pool. The house was comfortable and well equipped but the games room was something else. Pool, darts, table tennis, music, board games and a bar kept us all entertained. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back again soon!

We used this cute little cottage as a base for getting ready for a wedding. It was great for getting ready, plenty of space for everyone, the games room was so cool, and it was a great place to come back and party at afterwards 5/5
