These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. You will have access to the entire house and grounds. A welcoming home-away-from-home environment with plenty of sleeping surfaces for large groups looking to stretch their dollars further. This listing is pet friendly~ Guest must remove all pet waste.
