Sehr gutes Hotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten Ko

Das grosse Zimmer mit grossem Bad und Poolzugang. Grosses Fruehstuecksbuffet. Abendunterhaltung, die ich aber nicht genutzt habe.

Es waren viele Russen da, die sämtliche Liegen schon am frühen Morgen mit Handtüchern belegten. Kaum eine freie Liege zu ergattern.

We enjoyed our stay and sincerely recommend it

The resort has comfortable, large villas with a private swimming pool close to the beach, beautiful greenery, a well-kept area, and friendly and helpful staff. You can find various activities - bowling, Muay Thai lessons, writing Thai letters, yoga, and lots more. Of course, there is also SPA.

One Italian restaurant, located in the garden near the public swimming pool, was not ready to receive guests. I dare say that the food was not prepared on the spot; only reheated ready meals were served. I justify it with the low-season

Stunning with a relaxed feel

We had a swim up pool room and it was well worth it. So nice to walk out of your room and straight into the pool !! Our room was about 50 metres walk to the beach through the resort which was amazing. The beach area has such a relaxed feel. We didn't want to leave !! On the beach are multiple local food and bar options. The local people were so nice with no pressure or stress. We will be back.

The location was amazing the hotel rooms tired and smelt of damp staff were poorly trainec

We did not use any of the hotel facilities because there was better and cheaper outside the hotel. We had a pool outside our ground floor room which was very nice

On arrival the check in experienced lacked the normal thai welcome. The receptionist said our name was incorrect... our passports suggest otherwise. Very unhelpfull at arranging transport. The taxi too the airport was considerably more expensive than the taxi from. Seems multiples of staff have time to hang around chatting whilst guests have to fend for themselves

Superb

The territory is very green and well-maintained. we stayed in a suite and it is a big and comfortable room with everything one needs. The beach and the sea are just beautiful. Staff is very friendly and trying to help.

Guests come early to the beach to reserve sunbeds by leaving towels and some personal items on them, and many will not come back to use them for hours. There is a sign that the si beds should not be reserved like that, but no one follows and no action is taken by hotel staff. Staff is not able to communicate well in English, even at reception. But these things were minor, overall we had an excellent stay.

Very good

Size of the hotel and beach is great, they have just renovated area with bowling, billiard and table tennis and karaoke

The only one coffee machine where you will wait for 30 min for the coffee in such huge hotel, smell from bathroom pipes is just pure horror, hotel should definitely do smth about, we stayed only one night but definitely would move out just because of this reason as it ruined the night and its not possible to open the window because of huge mosquito ( was killed 6 of them before sleeping)

Graceland is a great beach resort - that means most of the people will stay at the wonderful beach.

This hotel has one of the best beaches. The staff made some good coffee for breakfast. There is a play room for kids. There was lots of trees and plants around the buildings with little squirrels and birds.

Breakfast is more quantity than quality-oriented, but you can still find foods you enjoy. This place is pretty secluded, no good supermarkets nearby. Would not recommend going with a baby. The plants around the buildings made the place more humid than some others.

all the palms and trees in the gardens. it made the hotel feel nice and cost.

more sun lounges are definitely needed. Everybody was blocking the sun lounges with their beach towels. so even though you were the only one at the beach it wasn’t possible to get a sun lounge.

Rooms big, beds comfortable, lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Room service (dining) excellent. Fast and friendly service. All staff friendly.

Hotel does need a bit of upgrading, lift had damp smell.

An Al round very enjoyable experience

Hotel was spotlessly clean, everything you would need was in the room which in itself was fabulous. The breakfast was superb last but not least were the staff who were very attentive and professional

Would enjoy another holiday here.

The breakfast was buffet even though not many guests. Prices are very good considering not many other eating place close by. We chose the pool access rooms which is worth the few extra dollars. The beach is clean and easy for walks.

The resort is a good 18km from the Khao Lak town so can be expensive if using taxi for return trips. That is also where the money change booths are located. Scooter hire 300bth a day. ( Need international bike license)

Unfortunately not a good value for money thing as there was too many areas that needed maintenance and were very Dangero

The staff were very friendly and accommodating

total lack of maintenance especially the walkways to the beach were made mainly of timber but all the underneath supports where are the broken nails was sticking out which made it very dangerous. The gardens were in a poor state and the swimming pool had many missing tiles and the deckchair areas around the pool were very uncomfortable and required cushions.

Gracious Gracelands

It is utterly relaxing, it was very quiet so we missed the bar in the grounds, having said that, the weather wasn't favouring us as we had some spectacular thunderstorms. It was a shame that the hotel wasn't reaching anywhere near a full capacity.

Bars being closed - seeing it so underused, (the hotel) and maintenence issues around pool and chalets but the grounds are beautiful and the wildlife.

Try to avoid this resort if you can

The room interior and bedding

Try to avoid this resort if you can. You are not feeling welcomed here as a solo traveler, not at check-in where they don't explain you the facilities, neither at Check-out not asking a simple question (Jieb). Service level overall is less than 3 star, never ever 5star. But most important are all the real safety hazards, open electrical by the pool, missing rescue devices and real hazard to cut your knees at the pool, see pictures attached. There is a lack of supervision as maintenance does not exist.

A really lovely resort that I would gladly revisit any day.

Pool suite was excellent. The pool itself was also excellent. The suite had everything we could have wanted, including a dining food preparation area. The large central pool and the beach area were also very good.

Although breakfast was good, the evening meals from the western food menu, were nothing too special.

They should place some sunbeds on the beach and have another restaurant with a more diverse menu open for the guests.
