The seasonal pool did not open during my stay (May 25- June 7), and it was one of the reasons I booked the place. It was conveniently far enough from the Strip that I did not have to hear noise from there but was close enough to go to a concert.The pictures are accurate.One thing not mentioned in the description is that the owner keeps his clothes in the dresser drawers and food in the refrigerator and pantry.

I mainly booked Andre's place for the pool, and I know it said seasonal, but I thought it would be open by Memorial Day. It was not, and when I left on June 7 it was still not open. Andre did not seem interested in finding out when it would open. The apartment was nice; although the temperature was set on 81 degrees the fans helped keep the apartment cool. I had the same experience as others, I had to send a picture of my driver's license to Andre, which I have never had to do with any other VRBO rental. Andre did send me the codes promptly. One thing not mentioned in the description is that Andre has clothes in the dresser drawers and food in the refrigerator and pantry.

Place was amazing, very clean, close to food, shopping and multiple soccer complexes. Nice neighborhood, would definitely stay again. Owner Andre was very nice!
