The suite includes parking & private entrance, separate from the busyness of the main house.
There's an outdoor patio area, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen & amenities including a blender, toaster, a Keurig coffee machine and kettle. The suite now has A/C, so on those hot summer days you can stay cool inside or enjoy the sun on the patio!

Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Comfortable furniture, and a great TV to unwind at the end of a hectic day. The outdoor patio area was very nice and comfortable, and secluded enough to not feel like you're on display. The bed was a little soft for my tastes, but that really comes down to personal preference. The hosts reached out a couple weeks in advance of our stay to provide some info, and to ask what 4-digit code we would like for the door. I really appreciated not having to remember a random code, or needing to dig out my phone every time we got back to the location. Really a beautiful property and area, though the path to the door is quite steep, so be cautious if you're travelling during icy weather! Half-hour to 45 minutes to central Victoria, depending on traffic. Very convenient to Butchart Gardens, as well as the Swartz Bay ferry terminal. Several beautiful parks and wilderness areas close by as well. This was our last stop on a 2-week excursion, so being able to do a load of laundry was just the icing on the cake.

Location is very quiet & private, with parking. The suite is welcoming & very well appointed including a washer & dryer. It's bright, comfy, has a very good bed. Hosts provided clear instructions in messages & a useful binder including travel tips. The accommodation was exactly as described, the hosts communicated promptly & clearly. We highly recommend this property & look forward to our next stay! Thank you Paul and Sharon :)
