Located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, this spacious 3-story townhouse in the Lakeland Village community is your launchpad for year-round adventure. With room for up to 12 guests (10 adults max), the home was recently remodeled to reflect the natural beauty of Tahoe in every detail — from warm wood finishes to the cozy great room perfect for apres-lake or apres-ski downtime. This home does not have air conditioning.
This home can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults, 12 all together if children ages 13 and under are included; this applies 24/7. Comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12. There is parking for 2 cars.

Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Relative to the gondola this location is amazing. You can't find something large much closer, especially with the Airbnb lockdowns in Tahoe. Place was clean and good. My only gripes were the following:
1) We were told there would be 4 parking passes, but there were two
2) When we arrived the front desk told us we could check in early, but upon entering we were greeted by a disgruntled employee who was adamant that no one would have told us that. Not a great start to our stay. We didn't mean to break the rules so we just left.
3) The light switches didn't work in several of the rooms, and we eventually had to replace the light bulbs ourselves.
4) A smaller issue but no coffee was in the unit. In even the most primitive of hotels there is coffee so that seemed odd.
Overall, I would probably just bite the expensive bullet and book a room at the Marriott which is right on the gondola. A bit pricier but I would:
1) Not have to wait for a shuttle
2) Would have coffee...
3) Check in at 12pm
4) the lights would work
