Frenchies is a relaxed, pet-friendly Tuross Head beach cottage less than 200 metres from dog-friendly Coila Beach. The Space:

Frenchies retains classic beach-house character with high ceilings, timber floors and a wood fire. The single-level layout has no internal steps. Glass stacker doors connect the open-plan living and dining area with the large north-facing rear deck, creating an easy indoor-outdoor space for relaxed meals. The fully equipped kitchen includes ocean views, a dishwasher, electric cooking, a large refrigerator and a second bar refrigerator. Four bedrooms open from the living area and are served by one bathroom with a separate toilet. Reverse-cycle heating and cooling and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the home, deck, fenced yard and driveway during their stay. Frenchies has a key safe for self check-in, and the access code and arrival details are sent before arrival. By prior arrangement, Lyne or Jay can meet you at the property.



Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Frenchies is on beach-side Monash Avenue, a quiet tree-lined street with pathways to Tuross Boulevard and Birdwood Circle. The oceanfront walking and cycling path is about 100 metres from the front door and provides a mostly level route to Tuross Head village shops. Dog-friendly Coila Beach is less than 200 metres away.



Getting Around:

Leave the car at Frenchies and explore on foot or by bicycle. Dog-friendly Coila Beach is less than a 200-metre walk, and the sealed oceanfront path follows Tuross Boulevard to the village shopping centre.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION



• Non-smoking property.

• No parties, events or group bookings.

• Maximum occupancy is six guests, including adults and children. Guest numbers must match the confirmed booking.

• Please bring beach towels and toiletries.

• A non-refundable booking fee of $55 applies.

• A refundable $500 security deposit applies by card pre-authorisation.

• A seven-night minimum stay applies during peak season.

• The driveway is unsealed. During wet weather, parking close to the cottage may be limited; the grounds have a gentle slope.

• A large pet crate is available in the living area. If moved to the deck, it must remain under cover.



GUEST REGISTRATION AND IDENTIFICATION



After booking confirmation, the Booking Guest will receive a link to the Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. It must be completed within 24 hours and requires acceptance of the Booking Terms and valid photo identification. Access information may be withheld until these requirements are completed.



PETS



Pets require prior approval. A $55 fee applies per approved pet. Pets must not be left unattended for more than 15 minutes, must be kept off furniture and bedding and out of bedrooms, and guests must bring all required pet supplies. Guests are responsible for animal waste, odour, damage and additional cleaning. The fenced yard is provided for convenience but is not represented as escape-proof.



Cancellations: For direct bookings, the cancellation deadline is 4:59 pm, property local time, 60 days before arrival when the booking includes any night in Peak Season (18 December to 31 January inclusive), and 30 days before arrival for all other stays. Cancellations received by the applicable deadline are refunded according to the Booking Terms, less the non-refundable booking fee and a $150 cancellation fee. After the applicable deadline, 50% of the accommodation fee is payable and the booking fee remains non-refundable.
