Enjoy a relaxed Tuross Head stay in the flexible three-bedroom configuration of Hawks Retreat, designed for up to six guests. The home offers bright open-plan living, an elevated entertaining deck, a fenced backyard and convenient access to village shops, beaches and the coastal pathway. Your group may select any three of the property’s available bedrooms. Please advise your preferred bedroom arrangement when booking. The Space:

This booking provides your choice of any three available bedrooms for a maximum of six guests. Please advise your preferred bedrooms and bedding arrangement when booking so the house can be prepared for your stay. Rooms not included in your selected configuration will remain locked.



Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen and dining area connects with the comfortable living room and elevated rear deck. The deck includes outdoor dining, an extendable sun awning and a pleasant outlook across Tuross Head.



The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower, with a separate WC. Guests also have access to the lower-level sitting area, second bathroom and laundry with washing machine and dryer.



Outside, there is a second deck, gas barbecue and a level, fully fenced backyard. Off-street parking is available for a car or boat. The garage is not included in this booking.



Guest Access:

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.



You may arrange to meet Lyne or Jay at the property, or choose convenient self check-in. Final arrival and property-access details are provided before your stay once the required guest-registration process has been completed.



Early check-in or late check-out may be available as an optional extra, subject to adjoining bookings, housekeeping and maintenance requirements. Availability can be confirmed 24 hours beforehand.



The Neighborhood:

Hawks Retreat is conveniently located in Tuross Head, within easy reach of the village shops, beaches and the shared walking and cycling pathway. Tuross Head’s lakes, beaches and relaxed coastal setting make it an excellent base for swimming, fishing, kayaking, cycling and family holidays throughout the year.



Getting Around:

Tuross Head is easiest to explore by car, although the village shops, beachfront and shared coastal pathway are accessible from the property on foot. Off-street parking is available for a car or boat.

GUEST REGISTRATION

After booking confirmation, the Booking Guest will receive a link to the Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. It must be completed within 24 hours and requires acceptance of the Booking Terms and valid photo identification. Access information may be withheld until these requirements are completed.



SECURITY DEPOSIT

A refundable $500 guest security deposit is held as a card pre-authorisation on the day of arrival. It is released within 48 hours of departure unless funds are required to cover damage or other applicable charges.



CANCELLATIONS

For direct bookings, the cancellation deadline is 4:59 pm, property local time, 60 days before arrival when the booking includes any night in Peak Season—18 December to 31 January inclusive—and 30 days before arrival for all other stays.



Cancellations received by the applicable deadline are refunded according to the Booking Terms, less the non-refundable booking fee and a $150 cancellation fee. After the applicable deadline, 50% of the accommodation fee is payable and the booking fee remains non-refundable.
