My modern kitchen has all you can desire; fitted with a gas cooktop, oven and dishwasher. Dining and entertaining entices country hospitality at my hand made, hardwood 10 seat dining table. There are ample spaces to relax and immerse yourself in my peace and quiet. Winter is a cosy haven in front of my wood burning fireplace and outdoor lakeside fire-pit.



Survey the view of my expansive 7 acres from my raised covered balcony complete with outdoor lounges for total relaxation. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of champagne or your favourite drink while you try your hand at cooking wood fired pizzas. Or indulge your skills further with my stainless steel BBQ cooking up a culinary feast.



My 4 luxury bedrooms are beautifully appointed; 2 king and 2 queen sized beds, with fresh, crisp linen. Open my plantation shutters in the morning to drench your room in natural light or soak up the views over the lake. My master bedroom includes an ensuite plus 2 other bathrooms, both with showers and one with a bathtub, all stacked with fluffy white bath towels.



The Space:

I am Berry’s most unique and luxurious accomodation, built around large, bold ironbark pillars, sourced from a local, 150 year old road bridge. My floor plan is set out over two levels with spacious rooms & comfortable luxurious zones accommodating up to 8 adult guests. My open plan living area features soaring ceilings, fireplace, designer furniture and eclectic artwork.

The Neighborhood:

If it is hot it is just a 12 min journey to Gerroa, Gerringong or 7 mile beach to enjoy a dip



If you are in the mood for wine tasting, try Silos, Coolangatta Winery or our favourite Mountain ridge Wines where you can get amazing breakfast lunch or dinner. They are all only 5 to 15mins drive away. Silos offer beautiful local cheeses and condiments to stock up the fridge as well as a white table cloth lunch and dinner.



Just a 5 min drive to the Berry town centre and you can find an array of some of the south coasts nicest cafes, wine bars, bakeries and homewares stores.



The Berry Lake House, in its one of a kind magical setting is a must see if you are looking for private local accommodation. It is centrally located all the major wedding and function centres, wineries, restaurants and cafe's. In summer the 12 min drive to 7 Mile Beach and Gerringong is perfect.
