About this apartment rental
Sleeping up to 14 people, the 220-square-metre apartment is located on the second floor of a historic palazzo. Via dei Baullari is just 50 meters away from Campo de' Fiori square and just 500 meters from Piazza Navona.
Brightly lit thanks to the large double-glazed windows overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza San Pantaleo, the apartment is nevertheless quiet and peaceful.
The apartment is composed of 5 soberly furnished bedrooms (3 double, 1 triple and 1 quadruple), a living room, a dining room, 2 balconies, 4 bathrooms (1 with bath and 3 with shower) and a kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is also fitted with air conditioning in every bedroom, SmartTV and wi-fi Internet connection. One of the bathroom is also equipped with steam bath.
The triple bedroom is dedicated to kids. They have toys and an activity led panel at their disposal.
The apartment has an independent heating system, with a boiler supplying unlimited hot water.
Our BAULLARI III and BAULLARI II apartments, which can accommodate up to 12 people in the first one and up to 8 people in the second one, are also located in the same building. It is thus possible for groups or families who wish to visit Rome together whilst nevertheless retaining their independence and privacy to rent two or all three of these apartments together.
Upon arrival, a deposit of Euro 300 is required, which will be returned at the end of the stay except in case of any damage caused to the flat.

We have travelled to Rome multiple times and this was, by far, the best location. We had three families, 10 in total including three kids and a baby. Rooms were quiet from street noise and from other rooms. Every major site was 10-20 minutes walk. If you are planning to visit Rome you should plan your dates based on availability of this place!

Great location! Perfect place for our large group. Check in and interaction very pleasant. Can be noisy at night but that’s the trade off for being so conveniently located.
