About this apartment rental
From our apartment, you can easily explore the city on foot.
A new and bright vacation rental consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
TV, internet, washer-dryer.
The living room has an air conditioner that easily cools the entire apartment, which is already cool and well-ventilated thanks to its many windows.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a historic building with an elevator, situated in the beautiful garden square of Testaccio.
Testaccio is a very central and charming neighborhood still inhabited by true Romans.
It is the neighborhood where Gabriella Ferri and Elsa Morante were born.
Today, there are many theaters (Teatro Vittoria, Teatro Petrolini, Teatro Verde, Teatro Cometa Off) and exhibition spaces in the nearby former slaughterhouse.
Within a 50-meter radius, you’ll find everything you need: cafes, pizzerias, restaurants, a bakery, a supermarket, a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, and the lovely open-air fruit and vegetable market, which also features many street food stands.
The apartment is very well served by public transportation.
The bus and tram stop is 200 meters away, and the Piramide metro station (Line B) is a 7-minute walk away.
If you enjoy walking, you can easily explore the city on foot.

This was a very nice and clean apartment. We were able to get all around Rome by bus. The bus stop was a short 3 minute walk away. The host welcomed us at the apartment and showed us everything. Convenient and clean place to stay!
