About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a historic building from the 19th century. We have taken care of the interiors inspired by the lines of classical architecture, adding elements of contemporary design to create an elegant and welcoming environment.
There are three bedrooms, with double beds. The living room with dining area. Two bedrooms have sofa beds, one single and the other double.
The open space kitchen is large and equipped. There are two bathrooms.
The apartment has air conditioning, independent heating with remote control and free wi-fi.
For our younger friends we also have a cot.

Highly recommend this place! The host was attentive when needed, the place offered lots of room for my family - of which included myself, wife, our kids (2 & 4) and my parents. It accomodated us all very easily, and with extra beds/space still. My only complaint was that the water got cold after a few showers, but otherwise was a great place and great location. So luch around us, including the amazing Termini train station, which had so many options for food, easy to transport around, easy walking distance to the various sights, etc. Also, the place had a working elevator to accomodate my parents getting up to the floor without the stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Apartment is very nice once you get inside. The street is rough, lots of graffiti. Other than that we had a great time! The coffee table was too heavy to move so we were not able to pull out the sofa bed in the living room.

Great location near the train and subway/metro. Spacious bedroom. Small TV, small kitchen, table for 6, second bathroom is small, no fan so gets very hot inside and broken shower, made it very uncomfortable as we ended up everyone using the same bathroom. We asked them to fix it and they didn’t do it.
