About this apartment rental
This ground floor apartment is in the much sought after Bellresguard community, just 200 metres from the Pine Walk and Puerto Pollensa beach.
The apartment is next to a lovely communal pool in beautiful grounds with streams and ponds connected by little pathways. It is a perfect spot to relax and adults and children can also enjoy the pool.
As you open the front door to the apartment, there is a comfortable open-plan sitting/dining room with TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a separate utility room with a washing machine.
It sleeps five guests in three bedrooms. There is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin room and a bedroom with bunk beds. The twin and bunk bedded rooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This family holiday apartment in the Bellresguard complex is easy walking distance from Puerto Pollensa bay, one of the most beautiful resorts in the Mediterranean. There are plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants close by, as well as a handy restaurant/bar right next door
A rental car is not essential, which means that nobody has to worry about driving, Parking is available next to the apartment block if you do hire a car.

We loved the location, just a few mins from the pine walk and a lovely family friendly beach.
The apartment was well equipped for self catering.
Nice restaurant just outside.
Spar shop is convenient but expensive. Lidl 8 mins drive away.
Team very helpful when we had an issue with AC, it was quickly resolved.
AC worked well, easy to keep cool.
There are shutters so kids slept well even when it was light outside!
We didn't realise from the photos that the garden is on the opposite side of the building to the pool.
We visited in UK May half term, pool was busy and no sun loungers unless you were early.
Apartment was a bit tired in places but only minor things like rust marks on floors.

This flat is ideally situated for all amenities and within striking distance of the pine walk and lovely cafes and restaurants. We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Thanks

Great stay and fantastic location - just off the pine walk.
Our two kids loved the swimming pool and it was never too busy regardless of the time of day.
The team at Pollentia who manage the property are fantastic and very responsive when we had any questions. Would highly recommend staying here!
