This charming villa is located in Sóller, one of the most beautiful villages in Mallorca. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it has capacity for up to 10 people, making it an ideal option for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a holiday together.
The villa features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to prepare meals during your stay, including fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. The lounge has a cosy fireplace, perfect for creating a pleasant atmosphere during the cooler months, and air conditioning for the warmer months; there is WiFi connection throughout the property.
Outside, the house offers a private garden with different spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It has garden furniture, a barbecue and a covered terrace, ideal for dining or spending time outdoors. The private swimming pool, 16 m², is perfect for cooling off and enjoying Mallorca's sunny days.
For added comfort, the villa has air conditioning in the lounge and in one of the bedrooms. The remaining rooms have ceiling fans. It also has electric heating for the colder months, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Due to its rural and remote location, access to the property is via narrow roads and can be somewhat difficult, especially for large vehicles or for drivers not accustomed to this type of roads.
