Nestled in Milan, this charming condo for $261 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. In the most typical area of Milan, the Navigli, a few steps from the center and the main Milanese attractions, a splendid three-room apartment just renovated at the exit of the Porta Genova metro station (from where the green line starts) on the third floor of an elegant building with concierge service and lift. You enter a large living area furnished with all comforts, the sofa can become a comfortable double bed when needed; you will find a 50-inch TV from which with your subscription you can watch Netflix, and all the other channels. The living room has a large window that opens onto a balcony equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor breakfast. From the living room you enter a kitchen with an extendable table and 6 chairs where you can comfortably eat. The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery and everything you need to cook and prepare a pleasant meal. You will also find coffee machine, oven, hob, washing machine. You then enter the sleeping area where there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A bedroom with a double bed with a new hypoallergenic orthopedic mattress and a personal bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be placed side by side to become a double bed (in case, there are sheets). The second bathroom, with shower like the first, can also be reached from the living room. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay, television and air conditioning in every room, high-performance wifi, safe. Comfortable area for agile work from home. Metro stop under the house and paid parking in front. The apartment is not located in Area C, so you can easily arrive by car, despite being at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Tram 2, also under the house, will take you to Piazza Duomo in a few stops. The district, in addition to being strategically located in the heart of the Milanese nightlife, is endowed with great personality and charm. It is a neighborhood to be amazed by where there are antique dealers, small artists' shops, designer ateliers. An incredible offer of Street food restaurants and foods from all over the world, places for a rich aperitif directly on the beautiful canals of Milan. In the area we advise you to go and see: - the Darsena, completely revolutionized in view of Expo 2015, with its suggestive covered market - the Vicolo dei Lavai, in Alzaia Naviglio Grande 14 - the artists' courtyard, in Alzaia Naviglio Grande 4, in the courtyard of an ancient railing house - Alda Merini's house, in Via Magolfa 32 - Mudec Museum, in Via Tortona 56 - Armani Silos, in Via Bergognone 40 To eat you will be spoiled for choice .... however we advise you not to get lost - El Brellin, an old Milanese restaurant in the heart of Vicolo dei Lavandai - At the Pont de Ferr. Excellent cuisine with a choice of creepy wines (not exactly cheap, but unforgettable!) - Osteria di Porta Cicca, in Ripa di Porta Ticinese 51 - Hostaria Some nights, in Via Pestalozzi 16 - Ghea, in Via Valenza 5 for vegans who do not want to give up quality Before dinner, however, enjoy a refined aperitif at Pinch, in Ripa di Porta Ticinese 63, in a suggestive 1940s atmosphere, an amazing choice of cocktails with a refined dish of delicacies to taste.

We loved this apartment. It was spacious and clean and was in the perfect location. Right by all the transportation and near the canals. We absolutely loved it and would return. Thank you.

A very nice apartment in the Navigli area. The apartment is nicely located next to a metro stop and the tram takes you straight to city center and Duomo within minutes. Tram and metro and train stop is outside and near the building. We had some nice days here enjoying the Navigli area with good restaurants and atmosphere. And centrally for the city sights. The apartment was nice and clean and spacious. We were a family of 5 with 3 youths and it was good space for all of us. The apartment was well equipped.

Excellent location with Metro stop right beside the building! Beautiful apartment in a great location. So many good restaurants nearby. Fun to be in a lively area. Terrace spaces are a nice bonus. Quiet building.

Very happy with the communication of the owner prior to the stay. The apartment is even nicer than the photos, it is spacious and well designed - it seems very new on the inside. There is excellent security (even though we did not feel unsafe at all). Enjoyed the two outdoor patios, the privacy with two full baths and the full kitchen with washer, too. The location was excellent - restaurants below the apartment (a great place for morning coffee and croissants on the ground floor of the apartment building). Well worth the investment, I would absolutely recommend to anyone.

First time in Milan

First time in Milan

We had good communication for the checkin process. The place was spacious and very suitable for the 5 of us. The location was excellent to walk by the river and find all kinds of restaurants. Was far enough away from the nightlife that it wasn’t noisy. And close to the bus station!! I Would recommend this place to others.
