This is great value for money as a stopover from the tunnel or ferry on your way further south. With a 24 hour reception desk you don't need to worry if you're delayed. It was extremely clean and comfortable for a family of 4. With ample parking too and convenient bakery and McDonalds.

Bed comfortable as.
It turned out to be a very basic hotel, whereas I expected more from the pictures provided by Booking.com.
We had to pick up a receiver for an employee from a back room to come check us in.
We asked for water and were told to drink from the tap.
If we wanted food, at minimum 10 euro, it would be boxed and microwaved.
Paper cups in the room.
One paper thin pillow each.
From outside, the stucco was stained.. not a good first impression.
We just expected that the lower rate was because we were in a small distant town. 🤷♀️
