About this house rental
Situated in Prescott, this charming house for $218 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. After visiting Prescott many times and staying at various properties, we noticed that they are almost always set up for the owner's benefit and not the guest's. Anyone can go to a garage sale and buy grandma's old lumpy mattress and furniture from 1964 to be in the Vacation rental space. We set out to change the Prescott vacation rental experience! We spent thousands alone on the master mattress. We offer a fully secure, padlocked backyard with not only a dog run but a dog door to the house. None of the furnishings are secondhand, garage sale, or Craig list specials. We are constantly improving and adding amenities to our property. Our reviews speak for themselves! The house is located a quick jaunt away from Prescott's beautiful Courthouse square and Whiskey Row. The yard is complete with a fire pit, A Kamado Joe Classic 3 grill/smoker, a child playhouse, and a Swingset. The backyard is lined with decorative lights to enjoy the cool evenings all year round. The house comes with a laundry room and office space that includes a printer. In the game room, you'll find a cast-iron wood-burning stove for the winter evenings. The property really is a quiet private place with all the amenities you might want or need. WILD ANIMALS ARE VERY COMMON. Make sure to quietly leave the house for your best chance at catching Deer and Javelina which are regulars on our street. We are within quick walking distance of a Mexican restaurant, and sandwich shop. Maybe consider sending the kids over to the bowling alley for a little Mommy and Daddy time, wink - wink it's seriously 2 min walk away! **Please keep in mind that the house is for the use of the intended guests, if you plan on having additional guest visit without spending the night during your stay, please inform us as to how many. This may result in an additional charge per guest. We do monitor how many guests arrive. **We love to have your pets stay, as long as you are willing to pay the pet cleaning fee. Provided are the necessary water and feeding bowls. The house comes with up to five off-street parking spots (may fit more). No EV charging allowed on site. Central heating and AC for the entire home, and Smart TV in both the Master, guest room, and Family room with access to countless wifi channels and Netflix / Prime Video/ Hulu, and any other video application for which you can use your account to log in. We offer wood delivery if you would like The kitchen comes with an espresso and Keurig coffee station, all the cooking necessities, utensils, and an Instapot. Also a 7-stage reverse osmosis water system with UV light. Bedrooms : The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a USB fast-charging station on the end tables. The guest bedrooms: one has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom has a bunk bed with two queen-size mattresses. We can accommodate up to 8 guests, but in order to keep the rates low for smaller groups, we charge an extra $15 per person if you have more than 4 guests. NOTICE: personal mail is not allowed, and you may not use our address for personal or business means, no exception. We do monitor how many people enter the residence. Larger groups are great but also raise our cost of utilities, cleaning, and household products as well as putting extra wear and tear on the house. If you're booking for 4 guests or fewer guests because you're not sure if you will have more or some in your group are not staying with you the whole trip, please reach out to me and we can discuss your circumstances. We are flexible and accommodating with our guests and want to make your trip as comfortable as possible. Please help us keep our rates low so more people can enjoy our home and their time in Prescott. Please let us know if you would like to have wood provided prior to arrival, there is a fee. Back room fireplace is cannot be used for fires. The front room wood stove is available for a fire if you desire.

The home was spacious and nicely remodeled and was warm and welcoming for my kids and I. The backyard was lovely with the pretty lights at night and my kids enjoyed the hot tub. One night it started snowing quite a lot and it was super beautiful to experience, especially for my San Diegan kids, they even got to build a snowman in the backyard. The bedrooms were nice, the kitchen was perfect and well stocked. The only very minor things were that the guest bathroom was pretty small (but also very nicely remodeled), and the master bedroom had a nice bathroom but the only door that separated it from the bedroom was a barn door that squeaked and didn’t cover all the way, but it wasn’t that big of a deal, and the front door lock kind of stuck sometimes and wouldn’t unlock briefly (I think just because of the cold weather). Other than those very small things, it was a lovely home and I would definitely recommend it to families! And the hosts were super responsive to all my questions and returned my texts right away. Would stay here again if we visit Prescott again!

The house was kind of cute...nothing special but the location was good. Quiet neighborhood. It could use some updating but overall was a cute place. The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. It's more of a one and a half bath place since the second bathroom is VERY tiny. A larger person would struggle in that bathroom. One of the coffee makers didn't work, none of us could get the speaker to connect with our phones even on the house's wifi, (or bluetooth) a couple of the drinking glasses were chipped and cracked along with a coffee mug. We were afraid to use those so we just set those aside. The backyard was fun and my dog loved the doggie door access. We were all surprised for the price of the home for the weekend, that at least a starter bundle of wood upon arrival was not provided. The house advertises a wood-burning stove and an outdoor fire pit but no wood was available. Given check in isn't until 4 pm, one would think a starter bundle would be available. There is even a place for wood next to the wood-burning stove but it was empty. Everyone was out of wood around town after we we realized there was none so we couldn't use the fire pit the first night, which was a bummer. The pool table was a hit and the big fold out couch was great in the tv room. It would have been nice to have a working fireplace instead of flameless candles that didn't work with the exception of 1. Im not sure I would stay here again. However, backyard is great.

Our family has been coming to Prescott every November for the past 5 years to visit my mom and brother, and this has been(by far) the bast place we have stayed! The hosts were very thoughtful, they had everything we needed and more! When I had questions, they answered very quickly. We even cooked a Thanksgiving feast and they had all the pots/pans/utensils/you name it, they had it. Also the paper goods were top quality which we really appreciated. We bring our own usually bc you never know what you're going to get and we didn't even need to use it. We will definitely be coming back to this property. It was perfection! Thank you Tye and Bridie for a wonderful stay!

Spent a week at this property and would definitely return. The property is exactly as described, if not better. Beds were so comfy, I found myself sleeping in well past my normal schedule. The kitchen was well appointed, and the pool table provided great entertainment.
Loved the off-street parking and the home is close to everything!
Owners were very responsive and we had absolutely no issues. I highly recommend this property.

This home is an easy 1.5 mile drive from Whiskey Row (i.e. downtown) and two miles from Thumb Butte Park. It’s a unique home in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts seemed to have thought of everything with the guests in mind (extra towels, lots of games, large beach towels for post-hot tub use, extra filled propane tank for grill, etc.). We stayed an entire week and I used the very large hot tub almost daily. The pool table was a real treat and is level! The king size bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. Many choices on the three televisions throughout the house. Although the property and location are amazing, I think the most impressive thing to me was how fast the host (Tye) responded every time I sent a message. We’ve happily found our “go to” place to stay during our annual visits to Prescott!

The host was amazing. Everything was just as they said. Check-in was a breeze. The location was perfect for day trips around Arizona. We went to Sedona one day, the Grand Canyon another. There were also neat things to see and do around Prescott- horseback riding, Watson lake, Whiskey Row and the Palace. The list goes on and on. The house itself was adorable. The space was more than enough for our group of 4. Everything was clean and organized. The outdoor space was incredible- we used the hot tub and patio area every night. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We were thrilled with this choice for our stay in Prescott. For our multi-generational group of 6 (ages 6-70), the house was ideal. We had plenty of space to be together and apart. Anything we could've needed was there and it was all in excellent condition. Our hosts were helpful, responsive, and thorough in any of the information they provided. The house was clean, and accurately represented in the photographs and description. The location was convenient to the town and hiking trails. I would recommend this spot to anyone, and know that it is now a special part of our family history. Thank you so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this lovely home. From booking to checkout, Tye was extremely responsive in his communication. The house was equipped with everything needed to cook, relax and have fun! Loved the hot tub for sure! The beds comfy, towels thirsty, and table accommodating to our family of 5. While we hoped for more snow, there was a bit left on the ground for a few mini snowball fights! The fire pit was put to use to enjoy the chilly nights in the hot tub! Access to downtown was a 5 minute drive.
We’d absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

We come to Prescott regularly. We have tried numerous other VRBOs and this is by far our favorite. Great activities and games for our boys 2, 4, 7. Great place to hang with our friends around the dining room table, fire, and hot tub. We will be back and can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks!

This home is so wonderful, beds were so comfortable, kitchen equipped with great appliances and everything we needed, spare blankets, awesome setup for the doggos, clean, maybe the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Owner is also super responsive and took great care of us, like, above and beyond, while we were there. Also a great jumping off point for day trips to Jerome, Clarkdale, Sedona, and awesome Thumb Butte just a couple miles up the road. Highly recommend this home!!

This property is in a good location to downtown Prescott and hiking trails. It was clean and very comfortable. This property has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Most first nights in other locations I toss and turn, but not at this one. Best night's sleep while traveling I have ever had. Highly recommend this property if you are visiting Prescott.

We came for a destination wedding and this house was perfect for 4 adults with plenty of room to spread out. My husband and son particularly loved playing the "Hook & Ring Battle" game in the office instead of doing work or homework and also enjoyed playing pool. I loved going in the hot tub every morning. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked and we loved the location of the house. The hosts were very responsive and we would definitely recommend this house to family and friends!!

I cannot recommend this house enough! Amazing layout with plenty activities on-site and close proximity to Whiskey Row. We found ourselves opting to stay at the house with friends rather than venture into town since it was so quaint and inviting. I will definitely be looking to stay here again! Very responsive owners!

Normally, I am unable to sleep anywhere but my own bed, but the mattress in the master bedroom at this rental was as comfortable, if not more comfortable, than my bed at home.
In addition to the great nights of sleep, we really enjoyed the backyard space. All of the games and the hot tub were enjoyed by all ages from 8 to 68!

This is a beautiful, well maintained house in a neighborhood close to all that Prescott has to offer. The home had plenty of room with new appliances and a wonderful full size whirlpool spa in the quaint backyard. Close to downtown and Whiskey Row, and close to lakes which are great for fishing, kayaking or just hiking. We also got in a trail bike ride. Lovely home. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rental for memorial day weekend! My son had a baseball tournament, and this house was convenient to the fields and to downtown for shopping and eating. Property was great for our two dogs. They loved the backyard! Would highly recommend. Ty was easy to communicate with and answered all questions as needed.

Fantastic house in Prescott our family of 6 really enjoyed. Spacious home that was fully stocked, smart tv’s, comfortable and very clean. Location couldn’t be better for everything that downtown Prescott has to offer within minutes.

Cozy…..home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen which was great because we did a lot of cooking and hanging out. Everything was clean, beds were very comfy. Great set up overall. The backyard is adorable. This place met and exceeded our expectations. We did communicate with owner prior to and during our stay, we got quick response . 10/10!! We’ll be back.
