About this house rental
Situated in Smith Mountain Lake, this lovely house for $510 per night is a great choice for your next break. 31 day minimum. Contact owner for special requests. Walk right out to the lake from the living room and 2 of the 4 bedrooms also walk right out to the lake. Ping pong, Kayaks, Foosball, Daybed Swing on the dock, 2021 Bennington 22 Pontoon Boat is available to rent to guests for $495 per day. Jet Skis are $425 per day It is a huge advantage to have a boat ready and waiting for use day or night while you are at the house and when you rent our boat we include skis, tow toys, wakeboard, kneeboard, ropes, premium lifejackets, etc. (It is suggested that you go online to get your Virginia boaters license). Nearly everything is provided for you including luxury organic 100% cotton premium linens, and large luxury bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Also provided are hand soaps, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, k-cup coffee pods, paper towels, trash bags, etc. Prepare for a truly relaxing and fun vacation!! Other highlights of this house include: *Alexis enabled Echo shows in all rooms (just ask Alexa for your favorite music) *beautiful open water view, main living area and 2 of the 4 bedrooms walk right out to lake. *2 kayaks *floats, cornhole, a large variety of indoor games and puzzles * foosball table *gas grill with smoker option, *tankless hot water heater (never run out of hot water) *Overhead mister for cooler sunbathing! *Duvet covers on all beds changed between guests. *UV air sanitizers/white noise machines throughout. *Laundry sanitizer and disinfectant used for all cleaning. *Luxury towels and top-of-the-line organic cotton linens. *Daybed swings on the dock! *hotel-style waffle maker and automatic ice cream machine Newest addition- regulation size ping pong table The way the rental works for both jet ski and boat is: 1.All users sign DocuSign rental agreement that will be emailed (I need names and email addresses) Previous boating and jet ski experience as well as Virginia boating license is required. These can be obtained online at a number of websites for about $40 and include an online course which can take a few hours but well worth the time. 2.Security deposits and rental fees are V E N M Oed to @Robin-Ringer-3 no later than the evening of the day you arrive. We loved our stay here! From towels for the lake to the belgin waffle maker and mix no detail was missed. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to rent for Labor Day weekend! We will for sure be back! This place had everything you can think of and tons of places to charge your devices. The view can’t be beat!

We had a wonderful time at Smith Moutain Lake at this property! Everything was clean and all appliances and ammenities were upgraded in great condition. Just as advertised, The towels and linens were luxurious! The house was well stocked with containers, pots, pans and spices. They even included soap, dish soap, laundry detergent and trash bags as well as T.P. and paper towels. It definitely helps with packing for the lake! Lots of lake floats and 2 kayaks available as well.

We loved our stay here. Even though it was too chilly to use the boat and jet skis, our family enjoyed the beauty of the views and comforts of the home. We visited the alpaca farm, which was so much fun, and had some nice meals out. The yard was perfect for our annual Easter Egg Hunt!

Home was just as pictured. Clean, crisp, comfy beds. Plenty of towels and fluffy pillows. Enjoyed fireplace inside and fire pit outside. Had a great time just playing games, toasting marshmallows, listening to good music and reconnecting with the people we love. If you really want to relax, this is the place to be. Robin was helpful and always responded quickly.

The details they put into making this home a wonderful vacation home is impressive. Cozy, beautifully decorated and perfectly located on the water. Would certainly come here again!
Only thing I would note for future folks with more than two people, the hot tub is a 2-Person tub. Very nice, but something to be mindful of if you plan to bring a larger group. It was perfect for my wife and I.
Also, buy your groceries before you get to the cabin. Closest store is about 15 mins away and they have basic needs, but the closest Food Lion (larger grocery store) is about 30 mins away.
Highly recommend! Hosts are fantastic and very responsive.

This property is amazing…the host has thought of everything!!! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock, a quick boat ride across the lake for lunch, devine cozy beds and pillows, awesome lighted mirrors, a “The Frame” TV, endless towels, relaxing in the hot tub, Alexa everywhere, amazing (I know I’m using this word too much, but it is exactly appropriate lol) water pressure (because that is important to some :) toiletries and hair dryers, air purifiers (I love white noise so we left them on)…. Just everything! Thank you Robin for letting us enjoy your lovely home…we will be back!!!

Spent a wonderful, relaxing long October weekend here! The house is beautiful and has everything you need, and the views of the lake cannot be beat! We enjoyed kayaking, cornhole, and the kids loved playing in the small beach at the edge of the water- the water is very clear and shallow. We also toasted marshmallows on the patio while the sun came down over the water. We were there with my elderly father who is in a wheelchair and he found the house easy to navigate. We did not use the boat but still enjoyed sitting out on the dock for happy hour!

Beautiful property located in a quiet area on the lake. We visit SML regularly but this was our first time staying in this property. Robin was an excellent host. Communication was timely and easy to understand. We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the property and the views of the lake.

Robin's place was fantastic, my friends and I had a lovely time all week. We opted to rent the boat as well and were so glad we did because the convenience of having the boat right at the dock of the lakehouse rental saved a ton of time and allowed for easy pick up and drop off of folks. Great attention to detail with plenty of indoor and outdoor towels, comfortable beds and linens, and instructions. Robin was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our booking process. The house is comfortable, beautiful and has everything you need. We floated in the lake everyday, sat on the beautiful back patio and enjoyed the gorgeous lake view. It was perfect for our family to have time together. The owner was responsive and extremely accommodating. While we were there we talked about going back to this beautiful house in the fall or winter.

Amazing home and beautiful sunsets every night! The home owner went above and beyond to assure that you have everything you need from coffee, trash bags, toilet paper, towels, and shampoo. The only thing you need to pack are your clothes!!! We will definitely be back!!

The BEST family vacation!
This was one of the best family vacations we’ve taken in a long time! The house is beautiful, the lake view is amazing and the sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything you need and more - from fully stocked beach towels to an ice cream maker. It’s also super convenient that you can rent the boat and jet skis (and all the accessories for fun on the water like a knee board and tube.) This was a no stress, easy and fun family vacation. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect friends getaway!
We always travel with a group of our long-term friends over Presidents’ Day weekend. This was our favorite place we have stayed by far. It had plenty of places for gathering and also hiding away. The hot tub, fireplace, and outdoor fire pit made our chilly vacation even more enjoyable. It felt as luxurious as promised. Robin was extremely accommodating and responsive. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

An incredible getaway!!
My friends and I stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful!!! The pictures do not fully capture how amazing the house is. Our host Robin was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had which was very nice. The home had everything you needed and was very peaceful. Perfect stay for any time of weekend you are looking for!

Everything exceeded the posted photos and even our expectations. This home/property is extremely well designed and functional. The hostess was very reponsive and gracious. The area is beautiful. We have already scheduled a return visit.

Despite poor weather, we had an amazing time at this property. We enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen and gathering around the fireplace and watching the lake. Robin has outdone herself in providing a first-class experience. Our friends commented that it was a like staying at a luxury hotel. We will definitely be returning.
