Situated in Pahrump, this lovely house for $233 per night is a great choice for your next break. Centrally located for Front Sight training and Death Valley visitors. Five minutes away from central Pahrump. Your 4 bedroom stay offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining options in a dining room, kitchen nook, or kitchen counter., and back patio. There are 6 beds that comprise of 1 king, 2 queen, and 5 singles. There are 2 full bathrooms and a 1/2 bathroom next to the laundry room. The master king bedroom with private bath with direct access to the back patio. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a bunkbed and a third single bed. The living room has a 75 inch smart TV. There is an office with two work stations and fast internet. The patio offers quiet shaded relaxation with barbeque and patio furniture. The home is located on a full acre lot. The attached 3 car garage is a game room with pool table, air hockey, and foosball games, and poker table. There is a 75 inch smart TV and board games. The poker table can be moved so one vehicle can be parked inside, especially for those visiting the Speedway. The back porch is covered with seating for 12. A large propane BBQ is available. There is a smoking area in the front yard with sitting bench. For Front-Site visitors, there is a 40"x10"x 20" gun safe available. Special booking requests with adjusted pricing and booking request for larger groups, we have a guest house available with full kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, and a study room where an additional 2 beds can be placed. Photos of guest house are not included to avoid confusion with main house above. Please also know that though we can house 9 guests…there will be an automatic additional guest fee of $20 per person after the 5th person per night. For example…6th person($20) X 2 nights = $20. There is $50 per person per night to be charged for additional guests staying overnight or visit without pre-approval of their host. Larger groups may be accommodated when pre-arranged. Communication is always appreciated.

The property is very well maintained outside and out. The house has all the amenities you need and more. The hosts are really nice and very helpful. If you’re staying in Pahrump or need somewhere relaxing not too far away from Vegas, I definitely recommend this place!

We were in town for a funeral and this home was very comfortable and perfect for our needs. There are many rooms with comfortable beds and space to spread out. Plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and equipped with anything you might need. The thoughtful owner has considered everything! The communication was fantastic and when the owner learned we were already in town, she made arrangements for us to check in early. This was perhaps the best VRBO experience I have had! Can’t recommend this home enough!!

Area including Death Valley, Red Rock Canyon, and Valley of Fire is breathtaking. Home is in good central location. House is beautifully maintained. Lots of space and extras like a game room. All rooms are Huge! Very well furnished and supplied-you don’t need anything. Host is very gracious and helpful and a good communicator.

We have stayed in other houses in the past but no other house beats this one. Rose was awesome! A text/phone call away. Everything was just perfect. House fully stocked with everything...kitchen has all you could possible need. Master bedroom is huge! Will definitely stay here again. Drive to Death Valley was only a little more then 30 mins away. Thank you Rose.

We stayed at home for a mini family reunion. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the host was very accommodating and even returned items to us that we left behind. I would rent again. Rose is such a sweet and lovely host!!

We've been going to Pahrump for training for many years now and this house is by far the most comfortable house we've stayed in. Rose is a great host and very helpful. After a long day's training, we looked forward to getting back to the house. We had a great stay!

Amazing property, large home that is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Host is super communicative and flexible. You are 1 hour from Death Valley or Vegas & 10mins from Starbucks. On a nice quiet street. Would definitely stay here again !

This lovely property was perfect for our adult family(it would be good with kids too). The house is very roomy, plenty of extra space. It is very well stocked too, which isn't always the case, it makes it so much nicer to have things you need. Rose was fabulous at communicating with us on everything from check in to things left behind. You can't go wrong, it's a great property.

We highly recommend staying in this wonderful home! We experienced a beautiful sunset toward the mountains from the front porch. The master bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and had all we needed. Owner was very attentive and kind.
