This stunning canal-front home comes complete with a 2x14 dock, a fishing table, an underwater fishing light, and a ladder for easy kayak launches. The house features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and the ultimate backyard with a private pool and a putting green. Plus, it has a game room and is just a quick walk from the beach! Start packing for an unforgettable experience! Highlights • Canal front with Private Dock • Private pool • Less than a 5-minute walk from the beach • Rooftop Deck • Putting Green You will find a lovely seating area with a large sectional and side chairs, as well as a mounted flat screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, and utensils. In addition to the seating area at the island, there is a round family dining table, and by the staircase, you will find a wet bar with a drink fridge! You will also find the home's washer and dryer and a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower on this floor. In the primary bedroom, you'll find a delightful seating area where you can watch TV and a private balcony with seating. The primary ensuite bathroom boasts a stunning double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. The second-floor King bedrooms share a balcony, each with an ensuite bathroom with walk-in showers. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are perfect if you're traveling with kids. These bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom equipped with a shower and tub combination. There is an additional living area with a sofa, TV, and bar with fridge. The spiral staircase in the primary bedroom leads to the rooftop deck, where you can enjoy stunning island views. Plenty of options for boat rentals, charters, tours, and shopping will make your Anna Maria Island vacation fantastic. - The right-side garage is not available for guest use DISCLAIMER: Depth of the canals and channels vary depending on tides, weather, and other circumstances beyond our control. At times this can result in a water level that is too low to support watercraft. It is the responsibility of the guest to review forecasts and make alternate arrangements for watercraft as necessary. There are no pets allowed in this home. 5 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. These premises are monitored by video surveillance in select exterior areas. We stayed in the home over spring break. The home was beautiful and very spacious. I loved the fact that everyone had a nice bed, instead of a futon or pull-out couch. I also liked that there were plenty of bathrooms! The location is perfect-close to the beach and other activities but away from the main traffic. The canal is wonderful. We enjoyed watching the manatees every day. My only few complaints would be that housekeeping didn’t do a great job on the floors or underneath the beds. After walking around the house our feet were black! Also found candy wrappers under one of the beds. Home owners also left snarky note taped to the inside of one of the cabinets that I found somewhat rude and unnecessary. The pool was perfect until the last 2 days we were. There seemed to be an issue with the heater and it was very cold. Other than that the home was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Pool was green and dirty .we were able to swim the last 3 days of our week there. Manager was quick to respond but it takes time to get pool usable. Too bad it was not maintained. Liquid soap is furnished in bathrooms and kitchen but is watered down so much it won't clean. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Fantastic property and management group. We loved the pool, quick access to the beach, and the manatees in the canal. Management was great to work with (smoke detector battery was going dead and a broken vacuum). House was clean and very accommodating for our family. We would love to return in the future!

We booked this house just after Hurricane Ian so we got an amazing deal. We all loved the house. Had some issues with the air conditioning but was resolved quickly when we called the property management company. There were on top of it.
We were there for Hurricane Nicole and the house was solid and you could barely hear the wind.
We all loved it and had a great time.

We loved this house and would stay there again! Our only problem was with the pool. The listing stated that it was a heated pool but it was only heated for small portions of the day and not when we were ready to get in. We had to keep reaching out to the owner asking her to turn the heat on. We even offered to pay extra to just keep it on. Vera was a gracious host and very responsive!

This was a great house for 2 families with adult children , my only complaint is the fact that 2 different bedrooms have jack and jill bathrooms, and small sinks, for 4 adults to share, became a chore, and of course they have to remember to unlock the door from their side as well.... ugh... otherwise, we were happy, great common areas. Great shade.
We did cook a few nights, not a ton of kitchen counter space. small island, and if you love memory foam mattresses, this is your house.

The house and location were perfect for our family. The pool area on the canal was where we spent most of our time. The canal is full of manatees so we loved watching them. The beach was a quick 5 min walk. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time at this beautiful home. It was a nice short walk to the beach. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool and pool area. We had manatees in the canal every day which were fun to watch. We had a wonderful vacation.

Also saw a sturgeon swimming by the dock. Vera was great for communicating with as well!

The neighborhood was quiet, we were steps away from the beach, the free shuttle stop was right at the corner and we could walk to the grocery store. The manatees even showed up for a few afternoons and were within a few feet of the dock. We simply loved our time here and are already talking about when we can get back. Thank you so much!

Unforgettable
We were in the area to create lasting memories and staying in this home accomplished that. Our arrival was during a tropical storm and the owners did all they could to make us feel safe. The electricity went out and tge owners immediately had help on its way the next day. They did everything in their power to help us have a great time during a crazy year! Beautiful home, great pool! Thank you to the owners again for just being there.

Excellent golf week
Great location and beautiful home. Was a little cool to maximize use of the pool but it adds to the oasis feeling of this property. Easy access to owner for any issues that arise.

Beautiful property in quiet location 5 minute walk to beach
We have stayed at many Florida vacation rentals over the years and this property had the nicest equipped kitchen overall. The house was clean when we arrived and we all had plenty of room. The pool area is beautiful and private and included four chase lounge chairs and six other chairs and a table under cover. We called the owner the first day regarding the gas grill and she made sure we had a full propane tank by the next afternoon. The property backs up to a canal and we had fun watching manatees and fish who liked to jump out of the water! Like any vacation rental over two weeks time, there were a couple of minor issues but the good news is the owner was very prompt in returning our calls and rectifying any issue. If we travel to the Holmes Beach area again in the future we certainly would stay here again.
