Brand new green construction townhome in the heart of the Columbia City neighborhood of Seattle. 2 blocks from the light rail makes for easy access to the airport, stadiums, downtown, capitol hill, and Seattle Center (Climate Pledge Arena and the Space Needle) via the monorail. There are also incredible restaurants, cafes, and breweries all within a few blocks walking distance. Free street parking with no time limit if you choose to drive. The space Two stories with lots of natural lighting, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Can sleep up to four with the comfy pull out sofa in the living room. 65" 4K QLED TV in the living room with Netflix, Amazon video, and Hulu. Attached deck is perfect for a sunset meal! Guest access You will have access to the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and laundry room. Other things to note Sleep well with a Nectar brand memory foam mattress with crisp white sheets and four fluffy pillows. Prepare gourmet meals in the full kitchen with a coffee maker, stove top, oven, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, freezer with ice maker, and large sink. Take a shower in large shower with glass doors. Get dressed in the walk in closet. Take care of some work with high speed WiFi and a table and chairs next to a window. The best place we have stayed in Seattle. Clean, modern and affordable. The only thing I would like to see is a welcome book that includes the Wi-Fi password when we arrive. Would not hesitate to stay there again and again

This property is overall very clean, fairly quiet, and has easy access to public transportation as well as a short drive into Seattle. We would stay here again.

Nick's place looks shiny and new, and is well-appointed for travelers. The Link light-rail line is just a short walk away, which was handy for zipping down to Pike Place Market, Chinatown, and some other areas. Having a washer and dryer was nice, and he even provided soap. He clearly has thought through what would make a stay easier and better for his guests, and our stay was nicer for it. We were in shock when we first got to Seattle and seeing neighborhood- thinking we were in a sketchy side of town but ended up having an amazing time and did lots of walking around the area and taking public transit not once feeling unsafe. The grocery store PPC is a 7 min walk from this location and is amazing in every way. We went to Pikes, Space Needle, Seattle Art Museum, aquarium, Big Wheel and more and public transit is definitely the way to go if you can just walk. We had a minor issue with lack of window coverings - the bedroom is the only room with coverings and we felt like we were in a fish bowl with so many houses so close to us but owner remedied the situation on day one and had no issues after that. Highlights of this property was large walk in closet, well stocked apartment with plenty of bath towels, paper towels and toilet paper. Washer and dryer worked great and owner was thoughtful enough to leave soap and bleach in area plus plenty of shampoo conditioner and body wash… The unit was very clean and easy to cozy up in the minimalist decor. Drawbacks were no tv in bedroom and lack of window covers but neither of these would stop me from booking again. Thanks for everything Nick! Enjoy your stay future peeps!

Everything was just as stated in the listing. The townhouse was furnished with nice new modern furniture. The appliances were all new and high quality. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

We have had VRBO rentals in several locations in Europe and the US. When we entered the townhouse in Seattle, WA it was even prettier than the pictures provided. We knew that we had made the right choice! We received the entry code on time from the host and he came by the next day to find out if anything we thought was missing in the house. Since we planned to cook daily there were a few small things we requested. They arrived the same day or next! He even brought a brand-new dining set for the balcony to dine al-fresco. Yes, the townhouse is close to a busy street and there are “big city noises”. The windows are new and of good quality. Mind you, being so close to the light rail is perfect if you don’t have a car because it takes you right to lots of downtown attractions. We had a rental car and never had a problem to find street parking in front of the property. The view from the balcony is not pretty. A large lot has been fenced in for future development. The neighbours across from the kitchen/living room are super nice! We thank our host for making our first trip to Seattle so nice and memorable! We would return anytime. C&R from Toronto, Canada
