The home was clean and well kept. We were able to adjust the temperature to our needs which was nice as it was cooler weather. The staff was available to assist with just a text. The location was within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We loved it.

We enjoyed the location very much-a half block to Old Town but not noisy and a short walk to Presidio Park. Rooms were comfortable and house had everything we needed. This will be our go-to place in San Diego.

This beautiful property was perfect for my son’s USMC graduation! It was spacious enough for everyone to feel like they had enough privacy and room to be comfortable. We also loved the historic aspect of the home and surrounding area. Communication with the property manager couldn’t have been better! I highly recommend staying here.

This lovely house had so much character! Everything was very clean and the furnishings were so comfortable. We loved the spacious courtyard and the hot tub too. It was walking distance from all the great restaurants in Old Town San Diego, so every day I was able to get my fix of roasted corn and flan at Coyote Cafe. Such a great stay!

Stayed here for a week and a half with my wife and daughter. We’ve got friends in OB and PB so being in Old Town was a perfect spot. You can pretty much get anywhere you want in under 15-20 minutes - downtown, Coronado, Del Mar, La Jolla. And you can literally walk 30 steps to Old Town and grab lunch, dinner, a drink. The house itself is an adorable Spanish style home. Very neat and clean. Even though we didn’t up using it, the back yard is perfect for hanging out with friends. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

One of the best vacation rental experiences I've had. Great communication from the property manager, very clean house, and there was even a welcome gift bag with snacks and a bag of coffee from a local roaster. The check out procedures were very reasonable too which is always a plus. My only complaints: the pillows were all far too thick and firm/springy so that affected my sleep a bit (but the linens were top notch!). Also, the house is very well furnished but there isn't really a relaxing space in the common areas to enjoy as a group. The living room is a little formal and the outside area is great but an outdoor sofa or more comfortable chairs would take it to another level. But I wouldn't consider either of these deal breakers. If you're looking for a place near Old Town, this is it! A block from the action but still quiet enough to enjoy some peace from the crowds.
