Take a morning jog down the Boardwalk at sunrise, shop the premier retail areas of Lincoln Road Mall and Collins Avenue, and experience celebrity chef dining and the ultimate Miami nightlife. Or, start your day off with a workout or class at Anatomy and spend the entire day sunning and socializing at one of the four pools before retreating to rest up and ready yourself for a luxurious dinner 18 stories above the beach, at Watr. Whether you are here enjoying some precious time with friends, or looking to create life-long memories during that family vacation, you can find it here. THE SPACE: • Separate 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and balcony. • Spacious 1687 ft² (157 m²) of living space. • Direct Ocean and Pool view with Eastern exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities, which include: • Several luxurious pools • White sandy beach • 5-star Bamford Haybarn Spa • Valet service • The Anatomy Gym • A wide variety of dining options to refuel for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. • Access to the 1 Beach Club featuring Wave Coastal Cuisine. • The brand new Audi E-tron for drop-offs with a chauffeur up to a 3-mile radius. It can also be scheduled for a test drive. GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: • Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Room service is not available. • Daily resort fee charged by the hotel of $55/day plus tax for rentals less than 30 days. • Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $400 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking. • We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. This property is stunning! The hotel is fabulous and the room is CLEAN and exactly as pictured!!! We had a few hiccups with check-in and the property manager, but the facility and room are TOP NOTCH. Highly recommend.

Loved This space! The views are amazing! You can see everything! We had everything we needed! Plenty big for our family of six! (We have 4 kids 5-9yrs old) check in was easy and they gave us lots of recommendations for the kids as well! The hotel has everything you need so you honestly don’t even need to go anywhere else! Highly recommend booking for your next vacay in Miami! 🙌🏻😍

Wonderful, comfortable, high floor apt with great location just on the edge of the bustle of South Beach. All the benefits of The One Hotel's great facilities but with the privacy and convenience of a spacious apartment. Great ocean views! I could have sat on the balcony for days watching the water. Did not want to leave!

Best vacation I've had in Miami so far! Property Managers were on point with their service, and we had access to all hotel amenities. We didn't need room service because our plan was to go out with our friends that we were meeting in Miami. We went to really good restaurants all within walking distance. Recommended to everyone and hoping to come back soon!

My family and I had a great time in Miami Beach. I had my wife book the accommodations while I took care of looking for good restaurants and things to do. In the end, LRMB didn't only host our stay in their residence, but also helped us in finding good dining options and activities nearby. Although the 1 Hotel is like a resort, so we didn't feel the need to leave the hotel. The oceanfront view was breathtaking. We will come back for sure.

My wife and I and our 3 kids stayed at 1 South Beach in a beautiful 3 bedroom condo . Luxury Rentals met us at the hotel and helped check us in. They stocked our fridge and it was the best 4 day vacation we ever had! We round highly recommend Luxuty Rentals and can't wait to book again!
