Situated in Shingletown, this lovely campground/ rv resort for $120 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The camping cabin at Living Springs Resort in the woods with majestic tall pine trees close to Lassen Volcanic National Park. This is a CAMPING cabin - "Glamping" at its best. There's also a lake and a creek on the property where you can relax in the natural and peaceful wooded setting . **As per the resort rules, the responsible guest must be 21+ and provide a credit card and valid Govt issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Camping Cabin A is a two room cabin with a Queen Bed in one room and two (2) Bunk Beds in the other room, sleeps 6. The cabin has a small refrigerator hot water kettle and a microwave, there is an air conditioner for those few hot nights and a heater for the chilly nights. Outside is a picnic table, a BBQ grill and a fire pit for cooking or for evening ambiance. No kitchen and NO bathroom inside the cabin. Camping cabin is "Glamping" at its best, just like sleeping in a tent except you are inside a building with electricity and you get to sleep on a comfy bed instead in a sleeping bag on the floor. Unlike many other campgrounds, we provide All linens and bedding at no additional cost and towels just as well. Please do not leave garbage around, we do have a garbage container and bins outside. Restrooms and showers are a very short distance (just a few steps away) from the cabins. Shampoo, soap, hair conditioner and toilet paper are provided at no extra cost. The showers are 50 cents for 3 minutes of hot water (that is for hot water only). Pet Owners: There are no breed restrictions, but dogs must be on a leash at all times. Pet fee $40 per stay. RESORT FEATURES: - Small lake and creek that runs through the property - Volleyball - Basketball - Snowshoe rental - Mini store on site - Firewood available for purchase - Laundry on site (coin operated) - Public bathrooms - Walking/hiking trails - Toy shed with lots of different toys, balls, mini scooters, go cart etc - EV charger ($) Guests have access to all from the above. Perfect place to camp, BBQ, walk, bike, hike, or just relax by the lake or creek. Check-in: After 4pm Check-out: before 11am Check-in with a camp host/staff at the office, the responsible guest must be at least 21 years old and provide valid govt issued photo ID and credit card. Plenty of safe parking. Parking is Free. Coin operated washer and dryer are a short walk away from the cottage. Tesla or EV 50A RV style charger available for $50 per charge. Great place to stay. Within 2 minutes walking distance near the bathrooms, the property has three coin operated washing machines ($2.25 per load ) and four clothing dryers ($0.25 for 8 minutes) if you need clothes washed during your stay.

Great little cabin with the amenities that you need. Beds super comfy and a very quiet place to rest before continuing on our travels. Great communication with host!

This property was so nice! Beds were very comfortable and restroom and showers were super close! I wish we could have enjoyed more of the property amenities but we were spending lots of time at Lassen! Highly recommend this cabin!!!

Quiet for the most part. No room inside to do anything. One of two chairs broken, table barely large enough to make a cup of coffee. One of the websites is misleading in regards to bathrooms and showers, states showers are remote not toilets.
