Lots of restaurants & supermarkets within 5 mins in Downtown SSF. The space This spacious and private fourth-floor penthouse studio is part of a six-unit multi-family building, with an elevator and free gated parking garage. It is a fully functional studio with a living area and cable TV (140+ channels), work desks with computer & printer work desk free to use, fully-stocked kitchenette (no stove, but an electric hot plate for simple cooking), large shared balcony (accessible from Unit 5 next door) with a gorgeous view, private bathroom, double Queen beds, large sofa and foldable floor mattress that can potentially fit up to 6 guests! We provide essentials such as bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, iron, and so on, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and free laundry. It also has high-speed Wifi and cable TV, an air conditioner and a heater! We have four other units in the same building that fits different number of people: Parking: There are 10 parking spaces in our gated garage. You can have one free parking space and each additional car @ $20 per night. Laundry: Laundry room is on the 2nd floor back hallway free to use, accessible from the BACK STAIRS. There's also a laundromat only one block away. Baby crib available upon request.

Great spot for staying to visit patients at ucsf mission bay. The WiFi had some issues, but could reconnect. Did not try to watch anything. Great to have safe garage parking. Clean. Had an elevator which was a must for me. Despit being loud on Friday evening, it was quiet through the night. Bed and sofa were comfy. There was no oven, but that did not matter to us, so kitchen was more than sufficient with microwave, full fridge, and electric kettle.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is comfortable, clean, and very spacious. It has great amenities like full bathroom and kitchen, balcony access, a large sectional sofa, desk, clothing rack with ample hangers, linens, and a portable rattan screen/room divider to set up separate spaces, if needed. The divider came in handy as we had multiple family members getting ready for a wedding at the same time. Booking was easy and the host was very responsive and the notifications and check-in/out instructions were clear and helpful. My family from out-of-state were very impressed with the building, parking garage, and apartment. I live in the Bay Area, but will definitely stay here any time I need to spend the night near SF. Home away from home!

We came to the Bay Area to look at schools. We found the location super convienient, especially on days we choose to use mass transit. A great variety of good resturants all in walking distance made dinner easy. The beds were super comfortable, but there was a bit of traffic noise. Still we slept well. I'd definatly would book again!

This VRBO was a great place to be for a couple nights in South San Francisco, when we visited family for Thanksgiving. We liked the neighborhood a lot, and felt safe walking around and parking our car in the parking garage of the apartment. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Communicating with our host was easy.

It is about 11 miles to UCSF hospital. It is not to far off 101 and so is the hospital. While it was a bit of a drive (22 mins not during commute time) the free parking saved me money. My only complaint would be I think the balcony door should have a deadbolt as it is shared with one other unit. I don't think it was occupied when I was there except maybe one-night. Overall building is very secure codes needed to get in. Neighborhood is decent with stores and food near. Would definitely stay again.

This is an area that is convenient to get to the city. It’s close to a market and a really good taqueria just around the corner. There is a lot of street noise and bus stop just out front but it quiets down at night. On Grand there is some good restaurants and really good massages at Luminous Spa. I had Vivian and she did an amazing job!

The location and paring garage were excellent. The accommodation was very nice especially the bed. The hot water for shower was disappointing since it got cold Very quickly. Overall I would come again despite this deficiency but hope this can be corrected.

Lonnie came to the unit in person our first night there and welcomed us. His restaurant suggestions were right on. Safe and comfortable for all 4 adults staying there. Loved the back porch and washer and dryer!!! Thanks Lonnie
