Other Things to Note: CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night. Interaction with Guests: We respond promptly to messages, calls and emails.

Unimaginably uncomfortable. First off the cover picture on this site isn't the actual house. This was very deceiving because we thought we were at the wrong address. Once inside we saw that the House was clean upon arriving. After the second day we started seeing droppings on counter. Each day thereafter, Rat feces on counters, bed, under counters and on floor throughout our stay. We set traps and caught 3 mice in the house, two in garage. We finally placed towels under kitchen door leading to the garage to seal it which helped for the rest of our stay but it was too much and we left 3 days before our exit date. We requested a refund but was only offered 5% of our overall bill for the two weeks.

It’s like staying in a five star prison. 10 o’clock lockdown to the point where light conversations and a smoke in the backyard lead to a noise complaint. We were asked to wash the dishes and the dishwasher floods. I would only recommend this place to the elderly.

This could easily be an excellent property. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in San Francisco, although the planes are pretty noisy. The decorating is modern, the fixtures and cupboards are good quality, and the owners have outfitted the house with nice amenities. For example, it was nice to have an ironing board and iron, a kitchen scale, an electric teapot, Netflix… The dishes were nice, but the pots and pans were pretty used and the knives were extremely dull. Not to fear, we sharpened some of them :) There are some minor things that I communicated to the owners, hopefully they’ll be fixed. One of the main things that detracted from it being super nice is the very unkempt yard and the house needs washing to fit the neighborhood. I’m sure the neighbors would appreciate that. Also, the blinds don’t fit the windows, and the walls are beat up and dirty. Most of all, the mattresses are very firm memory foam placed straight on platforms with slats. They must need more support than that because we all found them pretty uncomfortable. I coped by putting the blanket I brought under my sheet. Overall though, it was a good stay, especially for the price.
