THE SPACE: • 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, and balcony. • Spacious 1952 ft² (181 m²) of living space. • Full Oceanfront and City view with Northeastern exposure. • Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries. • Entertainment amenities include multiple TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. GUEST ACCESS: When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself with the wonderful hotel amenities, which include: • Several luxurious pools • White sandy beach • 5-star Bamford Haybarn Spa • Valet service • The Anatomy Gym • A wide variety of dining options to refuel for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks. • Access to the 1 Beach Club featuring Wave Coastal Cuisine. • The brand new Audi E-tron which could be used as a house car and can be scheduled for a test drive through our concierge. GUEST SERVICES: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have. GETTING AROUND: The property is centrally located in the heart of Miami Beach. You will be within walking distance of the famed Lincoln Road, as well as plenty of shopping, and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: Valet parking is available at the regular hotel valet rate. • Room service is not available. • Daily resort fee charged by the hotel of $55/day plus tax for rentals less than 30 days. • Rentals over 30 days have access to room service, complimentary valet for one car, and waived resort fees. • Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $150 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit is required. No other pet type is allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval. • Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. • Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $400 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. • We will require your signature of the terms and conditions and a copy of your identification card to be submitted within 24 hours of this booking. LRMB reserves the right to cancel this reservation without notice if the required signatures and ID card are not submitted within 24 hours of this booking. • We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at a rate of 6.95% of the total rental cost so you are covered for any unforeseen circumstances. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the hotel/residences is excellent, and the grounds are lovely too, but from someone who has stayed at a lot of "luxury" places, I say SAVE YOUR MONEY. Why? First, we had two condos. In one condo the dryer didn't work and there was no hot water in two of the showers. In the other condo, the dishwasher leaked all over the floor. We had to use some of the towels we were allocated, and yet we couldn't wash them because of the dryer issue. We asked for an additional cleaning - which was for $378 per condo. They didn't change sheets, run the dishwasher or do anything we could see. We were also charged over $2300 erroneously for cabanas and not one person could help us for four days. No one called us back, no one knew what was going on - it was a cluster. It was only on the 5th day after we had checked out that were we helped by a concierge, Emerson to help get the credit. This was not a "luxury" stay. If you want a true luxury stay, go where things are worth the extra price, where they have excellent customer service and they are used to dealing with discerning travelers.

We had a wonderful weekend at the 1 hotel in Sobe. Our butler was amazing and was able to satisfy all of our reservations requests and any questions we had right away. Property is beautiful and the hotel restaurants have great food and service. We’ll be back in June to celebrate another birthday! Thank you Walter and team.
