This 2,000 sq ft loft is in the city center, River Market area, near parks, art and culture, restaurants, bars, and the new Street Car (free). You'll love this stunning loft because the ambience, the neighborhood, and the market on the weekends, the comfy beds, and brand new everything! The loft is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups up to 8 people. Fully equipped with wifi, netflix and pandora on main TV, TV in each bedroom. Loft is in the best part of town, central to everything, middle of the River Market, one block from the City Market, and the KC Street Car which is free. It is within minutes by foot, street car, or even bicycle, to the Downtown are which includes the T-Mobile Center, Kauffman Center, Crossroads, Power and Light district, ect. Plaza and Westport are less than 10 minutes away. You can't beat the location! The loft as new kitchen, new carpets in 2 of the bedrooms, hard wood floors throughout the rest, with new beds and new furniture. This loft is fully furnished with linens and towels. This is located above a bakery on the second floor with one flight of stairs to take you to the main floor of the loft. Lastly the rental is self-catering. We provide bedding (1 set per bed), bath towel and washcloth (1 set per person), and kitchen linens for your stay. There is a washer and dryer available for use if needed during the stay. We provide initial supply of paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (2 full rolls per bathroom), dish detergent and laundry detergent. If you run out of these items during your stay, you will need to purchase more.

Apartment was beautiful and very clean. Loved the look and location of place. Eating and entertainment very close. The bar below was very loud and I know owner has nothing to do with that. Was warned that can get loud but I think that the celebration may have been a little much for my sleep habits. Again the place was beautiful and comfortable. And very clean.

Was able to park my car and walk anywhere we wanted to go!!! We went to a show at the T-Mobile Center AND visited the City Market...I highly recommend BOTH!! The place was super clean and spacious, but I would be careful with little children because access has a steep staircase. It's part of a historic part of town and the sewage smell from the kitchen sink was noticeable...luckily, we didn't use the kitchen! Also, the front bedroom that faces the street reminded the guest of New York, in that you could hear the patrons below yelling and laughing as they moved along.

We had a girls night in KC. We loved the loft. It was perfect! We walked to Power and Light with no problem. We just wish we could have actually been at the loft longer. I will for sure try to stay at this property again!

This was a great place to stay while in town for a Chiefs game and a show at T Mobile arena. Very clean, comfortable beds and excellent communication with owner. We loved being steps away from Harry’s Country Club and the free street car, as well as City Market. The stairs are steep, just for anyone who might have issues with stairs, but we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We loved our stay in this spacious loft. 7 ladies celebrating a bachelorette weekend and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was perfect for a short walk to the River Market and Power & Light district. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Rachel’s place for a concert at the T-Mobile center. The location was perfect as the free trolley in the market took us right there. The loft was clean, spacious and well equipped. Will stay there again.

Six of us were in town for a wedding. Upon entering the apartment, we immediately loved what we saw. There is ample space for all of us. it was in a great area for walking to Shops, restaurants and bars. Renter beware… the noise from the night clubs will interrupt your sleep. So bring your noise canceling AirPods. If it weren’t for that, it would be a five star rating!

Very nice condo! Loved the location close to the KC tram yet walkable to Power and Light. Very clean. Bakery below did start blasting music at 6 am but after speaking with them later that morning they turned it down the remaining mornings! Had to figure out TV stuff (we're all over 60!) so maybe a little cheat sheet would help for those of us who are technically challenged. Rachel and our adult chilcren helped via texting though. Had to sign up for a free YouTube TV trial to get ESPN!

We came to KC for the Bills football game and the loft was the perfect place to stay. Great location, plenty of room for 5 guys and very clean. We arrived earlier than expected and Rachel was nice enough to let us in a few hours early. A huge Bills win and a great stay!

Everything the host could control about this property was amazing. Clean. Beautiful. Spacious. Well decorated. Their responsiveness and accomodating-ness was wonderful. However, they severely underplayed certain aspects of the location that made this stay a negative experience for us. It is probably my fault for not thinking through the implications of this property being located NOT IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA. It is directly above a weed shop, several bars, and a fire station. We didn't sleep. Constant unavoidable noise the entire night. Garbage trucks directly outside the window at 3am every night. Constant sirens and traffic noise. People gunning their car engines throughout the night directly in front of the property. Party scene (including a brawl with much shouting at 3:30am one of the nights) - and the clincher: a jackhammer crew directly below our window at 3am the second night. They do warn that "light sleepers" should probably avoid the front bedrooms. We are not light sleepers. Bring earplugs, sleeping masks, loud white noise machines, and about 10 mg of melatonin along if you'd like to get some sleep here.

This is a spacious and well located loft! The loft is sandwiched between a couple of shops, so prepare to walk up a few stairs when you get inside. Overall, communication was great with the property owner; cleaning up, check in/out, and other communication is reasonable and easy. The loft is 1.5 blocks from the heart of the city market so it is so easy to walk to food, shops, or even the weekend farmers market. Definitely a reasonable property and worth the stay.

This place was perfect for our 2 night stay and the area was awesome! We were able to utilize the free trolley to get to the arena for our event and to enjoy The Power and Light district.

Rachel was very prompt and helpful in communicating with us during the stay. Loft was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well-equipped. Bar noise on the street below was bothersome until the wee hours some nights (the only reason for our 4-star rating). We never figured out how to access CNN and other news stations. The Steamboat Arabia museum nearby was fascinating.

Great spot for an adult getaway! We came up for a concert, which was the only time we had to drive. The loft was close to so much and offered tons of character. It was a great weekend!
