Situated in Lake Keowee, this attractive house for $742 per night is a great option for your next break. A lakeside cottage on Lake Keowee (completed August 2021). The home is located mid lake in Six Mile, SC conveniently located 13 miles to Clemson University. The lake front home is in a gated community, has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a additional 5th room with a bunk house that can comfortably sleep 12 people. (If you have a group that exceed that number please reach out directly to see if we can accommodate). It is situated in a large quiet cove with expansive water and mountain views. Enjoy your early morning kayaking or afternoon tubing without ever leaving the cove. The home itself is designed to have a modern farmhouse feel, made for entertaining, whether it be for families or for an adult getaway. The MAIN LEVEL has an open floor plan, a master bedroom with on-suite, one additional bedroom and a full bathroom for guests. In addition, the main level features a living room with gas burning fireplace where you can relax and watch your favorite college football game or favorite movie on the 65” TV. The wide-open floorplan makes it easy for entertaining. There is also additional sleeping space with a pull out sofa sleeper in living room. The back deck off the main level features a wood burning fireplace with rocking chairs for relaxation and smores at night. It also has a farmhouse raised table to enjoy your meals outside. Enjoy cooking and amazing lakeside views all at the same time. This farmhouse kitchen is amply supplied with all the pots, pans, utensils, and cooking supplies including crockpot, toasters and blender. There is a full sized washer and dryer for your use on the main level as well. On the terrace level there is a second living room, 2 bedrooms, a bunk house and 1.5 baths. In the living area, there are three couches, a 65” TV, a full wet bar with convenient access outside to the lake. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and bedroom #4 has a king. One feature that all kids enjoy is the bunk house, where you will hear the kids giggling the entire vacation. There is a ping pong table for some friendly competition in the living area and corn hole boards for outside. The terrace porch features a 36” griddle to cook your favorite raspberry pancakes and grille for cooking. Our family enjoys board games which are available for guests to enjoy. There is also a covered dock which can accommodate two additional boats for guests. The owners boat stay in the covered slip. In addition, there are two jet ski docks to accommodate two jet skis if guests want to rent or bring their own. Our cove is great for swimming and all water sports alike. The home comes with 2 Kayaks and 2 paddleboards to have fun on the water. The house is conveniently located 2 miles from Sunset Marina (Store, boat rental, launch/landing, fuel and supplies). 11 miles to Seneca and 13 miles to Clemson University. Great Lake house with a nice dock on a quiet cove. We enjoyed the lake view, swimming, paddle boards, ping pong and family games. Only downfall is very steep walk to/from dock (without railing) which could be difficult/impossible to access for elderly or anyone with limited mobility.

House is well equipped, holds a large family comfortably, and the downstairs living area was great for the kids to stay in and give the adults some space. Host was excellent to communicate with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home and host!

8 of us staying at this rental for a guys weekend after my son graduated from high school. Great location in the cove at Lake Keowee and easy to rent a pontoon boat and jetski. Had a blast. Everything worked well in the property.

We traveled from CA for our son's Clemson Graduation. The house accommodated 10 family members aunts, uncle's and cousins all under one roof. Fantastic lake views from the living room and decks and a couple of the bedrooms. Our family spent great quality time and also enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards which were provided by the host. We also rented a Pontoon Boat from a boat rental which was close proximity to the lake house.
I would recommend this house for a large group or family.
PS- The drive to Clemson is 20 min.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful newer lake house. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfy, and house was immaculate. The views from the porch were breathtaking. We did not want to leave!

Can't leave a good enough review...exceeded my expectations as a host and the house was amazing! Just what my family needed. Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving and Clemson weekend! This house is beautiful, new and clean. It has everything you might need-- kitchen very well stocked, outdoor grill, outdoor dining, ping pong, corn hole, lots of living space indoor and out. Plenty of room for extended family, two living areas inside. It was a very easy drive into Clemson. We would love to stay here again! Jess is so easy to work with, very responsive and helpful. We had an awesome weekend in this beautiful, clean, well appointed lake property. Two families including six teenagers. The screened porch and fireplace were great for football watching, the dock was awesome and the included kayaks and paddle boards were a big hit. The quiet cove location was perfect. The lake, itself is clean and gorgeous! We rented a pontoon boat and docking it overnight was a breeze. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We would all 100% happily stay there again.

This was the perfect way to end the summer! The house was beautiful and located on a beautiful and peaceful part of Lake Keowee! We spent from early morning to dusk fishing, swimming, kayaking from the dock in addition to hours tubing on the boat we rented. We had 3 generations that enjoyed every minute of the long weekend. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the porch and we enjoyed morning coffee and quiet nights out there. Jess was wonderful to work with - we only had 1 question about wi-fi and she responded within minutes! We highly recommend this house and experience!

Fun family lake vacation
We had a wonderful time at Lake Keowee and our house was perfect. The location was excellent, on a very quiet cove. The dock was perfect where we enjoyed our days. Wonderful Family Vacation!
My family stayed at this beautiful lake house for my mom’s 75th birthday. It was the best family vacation we have had in a long time. 12 of us ranging from ages 7 to 75. We paddle boarded, kayaked, fished, jumped off the dock and floated in lake every day. The hill to the lake was steep, but the kids ran up it with no problem and my 75 year old mom was just fine making multiple trips up and down every day. It was a good work out after all the amazing meals we made! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. Great grilling area. Lots of room to eat on the porch and see the lake. This place is truly amazing! Very kid friendly with indoor and outdoor games. Great time had by all! The host was very responsive throughout the whole process. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about our experience except that I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a great time with family and friends! The house provided everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of linens and towels available. Great Stay
We had a wonderful time at this property. The house is beautiful and just as it shows in the pictures. The kitchen was great - we had dinner at the house 2 nights. Loved the dock - my son spent a lot of time fishing there (although not much luck); Ping pong table was a big hit with my older kids. Communication was great - and Jess checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were doing well. Check-in was simple and easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This warm home was just ideal for a relaxing getaway from the tumultuous year and between holidays. The owners were great communicators and very accommodating. Beautiful home in a lovely, tranquil and convenient lakeside cove location
We spent a long holiday weekend with family at this fantastic new home on Lake Keowee -- a perfect and inviting spot for our group of four adults and three preteen/teen children. The main level open floor plan is ideal for gathering and socializing (and of course watching many a football game on both the indoor and outdoor TVs!). The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed with all of the supplies one needs to be able to cook at home (including a very nice grill and griddle on the lower level patio). We even canceled one of our dinner reservations one evening as we preferred just hanging out and relaxing overlooking the lake and taking in the gorgeous view!
In addition to two bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor, there are an additional two bedrooms plus a cozy bunk room (which my boys loved) and 1.5 bathrooms on the lower level. This along with another living space with a giant TV allowed the kids to have their own area to hang out if desired.
The location of the home is ideal and is situated on a beautiful cove safe for swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. Two kayaks and paddle boards along with life jackets are available and our kids took full advantage. We rented a boat for one of the days and appreciated being able to utilize the dock to pick people up or drop them off early as needed. The home is also a very convenient 15-20 minute drive from Clemson, Seneca and Pickens and an easy 45 minute drive to beautiful downtown Greenville -- we took advantage of all! There are also a few convenience/general stores right nearby for quick supplies if needed.
Finally, the owners could not have been more kind, communicative and accommodating and we thank them for sharing their amazing home. We truly loved our time and would absolutely stay here again!
